The Long Goodbye.

September 1, 2008 at 11:56 A.M. I was just obstructed in my efforts to reach my MSN group. This usually means that "errors" are being reinserted in essays. I will do my best to make all corrections as soon as possible.

August 30, 2008 at 11:14 A.M. I was working at Critique, when I was suddenly obstructed from accessing my essays. I will spend the rest of the day struggling to get back to my group, then trying to repair the harm done to essays. No images can be posted at these blogs or at my profile. I will continue to struggle.

August 28, 2008 at 11:17 A.M. I was unable to access my MSN group this morning. I am still trying to do that. I will persist throughout the day in this effort.

August 24, 2008 at 12:30 P.M. I was just blocked as I tried to access Critique. This usually means that new "error-insertions" and other vandalism is taking place, once again, before the eyes of the world, even as America's presidential election and party conventions are "celebrated." I will struggle throughout the day to regain access to my sites. Images still cannot be posted at this blog and my book will not be sent to on-line book sellers.

August 23, 2008 at 7:29 P.M. I was just obstructed from accessing my MSN group, after posting speeches for Barack Obama and John McCain. Sabotage and vandalism are always expected, together with more defacements of my writings, despite the protections of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. I will spend the rest of the evening struggling to regain access to my sites.

August 21, 2008 at 11:21 A.M. I am experiencing the usual harassment, denying me access to Critique. This means that essays are probably being altered or otherwise vandalized. When I regain access to my MSN group, I will try to discover the harm done and make necessary repairs. I am still blocking:

August 20, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. I was obstructed when reading my e-mails at hotmail. For the moment I cannot access MSN. I will do my best to get back to Critique in order to repair any harm done or vandalism to the essays at that site. I will run scans throughout the day.

August 19, 2008 at 11:28 A.M. I was just obstructed in efforts to reach my group. I will persist in my efforts to post a revised essay. I will run scans throughout the day. This sort of obstruction usually means that new vandalism of the essays either has or will take place. I do not believe that such a pattern of harassment on-line can take place without the cooperation of government. (See "Time to End the Embargo Against Cuba" and "Today's Cuban Revolutionaries Are on the Internet.")

August 18, 2008 at 4:15 P.M. I am unable to access my MSN group. Several of my essays have been vandalized, after the hobbling of my computer last week. I will struggle throughout the rest of the day and tomorrow to reach my group in order to post essays.

An e-mail from my security system informs me that my system has been automatically renewed. How curious? I am not within 10 days of expiration. I must "reboot" my computer, or so I am told, in order for the renewal to take place. I never know whether I will be able to continue writing. However, I will try later to reboot my computer.

"Auto Protect and fraud protection" is off and cannot be turned on at this time. This means that all writings are insecure.

August 7, 2008, at 12:16 P.M. I have not yet been able to access my MSN account. I will continue to try throughout the day to do so.

August 8, 2008 at 10:55 A.M. My computer shuts off windows every three minutes or so with spyware warnings. I am running scans. I will continue to try to write today. This may have to do with my discussion of the government's organized crime investigation-cooperation of ANTHONY DELVESCOVO (allegedly "connected" to Jaynee LaVecchia and/or Senator "Bob" Menendez). See "Construction Official's Case is Dropped," in The New York Times, August 7, 2008, at p. B3.

This may also have to do with a number of public corruption scandals in New Jersey. Further developments are anticipated. Due to the computer harassment, I may be unable to write today. However, I will struggle to do so. After the scans, I will try to restart my computer. All efforts to defend against this virus have failed. I can write for three minute intervals. I will keep struggling.

Writing has been impossible, as anticipated, due to hackers, vandalizing of essays, inability to reach my sites. The first of many likely news accounts of further corruption and alleged theft of public funds in New Jersey (and elsewhere) has already appeared. Feel free to notify law enforcement in your area:
John Eligion, "Company Is Accused Of Fleecing Port Authority," in The New York Times, August 8, 2008, at p. 3. (My fraud prevention feature is, seemingly, permanently disabled.) Alleged affiliations between these ostensible "fleecers" of public money and P.A. insiders and/or N.J. legal establishment figures is "under investigation." Any word on the anticipated indictment of Senator Bob?

George Jackson, Soledad Brother: The Prison Letters of George Jackson (London: Penguin, 1971).

It is a beautiful morning in New York. Later I will walk in the city. I felt that I should try to post these words, as a farewell of sorts. I am unable to access the Internet or my sites. I cannot -- as of 10:40 A.M. on August 7, 2008 -- communicate my opinions and feelings at my home computer. I will search for another computer beginning today. I will find a way to post these words on-line.

Yesterday, once again, several of my essays were damaged. Some of those essays have been altered on so many occasions that it is now impossible for me to estimate the number of times when I have been forced to make corrections. The goal of this process, which I have experienced for years and documented extensively, is to crush the spirit of a human being. The destruction of a life and mind is a means of controlling a person by transforming him into something that is less than human. After all of his tortures, Winston Smith's greatest performance was the sincere love of Big Brother.

The mega-societies in which we live -- I am sure that the phenomenon that I describe and endure, every day, is bigger than any one country -- limit the space permitted to the human spirit in order for public authority to become pervasive and total. The aim of postmodernist governments is to replace God in the human scale of values. To argue that such an ambition is unethical or evil is absurd, in the eyes of officials, because governments define the scope of good and evil.

"Right and wrong is relative to power." There is no love. No goodness. No justice. "Money is the meaning of life." These things have been said to me by American attorneys, judges, officials. The same persons sworn to uphold freedom of speech, privacy rights, democracy are responsible for censoring a tortured dissident and intellectual, whose greatest offense is to think and speak of the collective loss of our souls and to point out corruption. I am about to commit this grave offense, yet again.

Referring to me as a "pseudo-intellectual" is not discouraging because an intellectual, for me, is only a life-long student. The one thing I know about myself is that I am a student. My words are written in sand. My essays may be destroyed at any time. Each morning dozens of "errors" are inserted in writings that I have struggled with great care to compose, sometimes working for hours and days, weeks and months on a single sentence or paragraph. There is no other word for such efforts but "work." The energy and resources devoted to the infliction of suffering on a person whose crime is independence of thought and the free expression of his opinions reveals the depravities of power-hunger in some people and their sick need for domination of others. This appetite for power is enhanced by our newest technologies of sadism.

Do you speak to me of ethics, Stuart Rabner? (See Meditatio ad Malum et Caritas, "Habeas Corpus," and "What is homeland security?")

The experience of torture (I believe) at the hands of Cuban-American Fascists protected by their friends in the American legal system or its most corrupt managers (in violation of the U.S. Constitution), is a graduate education in the politics of the real world. Far from discouraging or destroying my values, this nightmare has confirmed my sense of their urgency and truth. Winston Smith's greatest achievement would be to persuade Big Brother to love human freedom, respecting the dignity of men and women, by demonstrating that -- even when faced with enormous pain, rape, theft -- we may still affirm our humanity, asking that the worst be done to us and not to our loved-ones, while insisting on dignity, pride, and the reality of goodness.

At my final hour and always, I will insist that 2 + 2 = 4. I love a few people in this world, including at least one woman who needs to know that she cannot lose my love. I will find a way to write that message, no matter what the cost to me may be. The defeat of Orwell's nightmare vision of the future is to replace Winston Smith in room 101 with Robert Bolt's Sir Thomas More, who confronts totalitarianism with humanity's "adamantine sense of self" and indestructible dignity. (See "Manifesto for the Unfinished American Revolution" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Perhaps respect can no longer be expected by Americans from their government officials. However, respect is still demanded by the American people -- and all others in the world -- as the first ingredient of political association. This respect is guaranteed to all under the American Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights, as well as the United Nations Charter signed and largely created by the United States of America. (Thank you, Eleanor Roosevelt.) Rights and respect are not a gift of the State. My rights are not negotiable because they are "inherent" in my humanity. My freedom and rights are part of what I am, not merely things that I have.

This is what it means to be an American or a human being. We decide on the meaning of our political identity, not government officials acting without our consent, secretly, or without the sanction of law. Government always has the power to violate my integrity, as a human being, but government never has the legitimate authority to violate my rights.

My computer has been battered, repaired several times, subjected to a relentless assault. My security system has been disabled and made ineffective. But then, much the same may be said of me. I have been violated and severely damaged. My psychic "security system" has been under attack for many years. Maybe I have also been injured beyond repair. All of us will be, eventually. I may be denied the means to write -- like a man whose oxygen supply is cut off -- in order for "experts" to observe one person's fascinating death throes and agony. I will hold on and persist in my struggle.

My inspiration is (and always will be) Jefferson and Lincoln, FDR and Dr. King, Kennedy and Clinton (refusing a politically-motivated attempt to undermine the franchise of voters), Reagan at the Berlin Wall, even Yeltsin before the tanks and China's current miracle as well as the transformations taking place in Cuba. There is always hope. I think of Nelson Mandela and smile as I type these words.

Inducing anxiety and stress, threats to family and one's peace of mind, can force a person into himself, imprisoning the "subject" in an externally imposed silence. Silence and apathy are the co-conspirators of illegitimate power, as are secrecy and surveillance. A new attack shuts off my windows operating system, regularly, as I try to write these sentences. (A letter was apparently deleted from the foregoing sentence, then restored to it.)

I have decided, after nearly 20 years -- noise fills my room again! -- of what I can only describe as psychological torture, to reaffirm my commitment to this struggle to think and speak freely in opposition to all attempts to control, discipline, coopt, "subjectivate" or manipulate the human mind and spirit by reducing a person to the status of a "thing." For any Jewish person to lend him- or herself to imposing such evil on another human being, after the events of the twentieth century, is tragic and discouraging. It saddens me to know that such horror is possible. I am not a slave. I am not a laboratory animal. No person is or can be.

My ability to communicate may be taken from me at any time. It has been taken from me in the past at irregular intervals, illegally. I cannot avoid expressing my disgust and dismay at the actions of so many members of the Cuban-American community and their friends, at corrupt judges and tribunals in the Garden State, for what they have made of the gift that is the U.S. Constitution. My great comfort is the certainty that what this document says of human freedom and equality for every person, under a government of limited powers, cannot be destroyed or made untrue by anyone. (See "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

How can I believe in America after what I have experienced? It is my American independence that tells me that what I have suffered is evil. God (or love) is beyond the control of laws and men, as are all fundamental ethical and spiritual freedoms of human beings:

"We cannot give up on utopian hope or socialism. We cannot give up on progress. They are not less apt in light of what we know about the bad side of human nature. They are more necessary."
This is the crucial insight:

" ... To accept the world as it (more or less) is, is to help to prolong a state of grave danger. This world, accomodating and countenancing too much of what is not to be tolerated -- plain, persistent injustice, stark, avoidable human suffering -- is a world very receptive to present and future atrocity, a world overpopulated with bystanders. It is one in which the idea is harder and harder to resist that just anything may be done to people while others look on; and there be no consequence. As long as the situation lasts, it degrades the moral culture of the planet. It poisons the conscience of humankind."

Norman Geras, The Contract of Mutual Indifference (New York & London: Verso, 1998), p. 120.

New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester!

August 6, 2008 at 6:59 P.M. calls from 800-306-0605; 5:47 P.M. calls from 800-306-0605; 4:35 P.M. calls from 231-732-2774; 3:01 P.M. calls from 561-666-8542. Several icons have appeared on my monitor ("Antivirus 2009") that cannot be removed. I am running scans, trying to keep my computer secure. Calls received at 7:01 P.M. from 323-581-3046. Many pop-ups. Hackers, spyware, obstructions to Internet use.

August 2, 2008 at 7:59 P.M. Dozens of essays were vandalized between yesterday and today. I have done my best to make corrections. I am stimulated by this attack to persist in my efforts to highlight New Jersey judicial corruption and criminality.

November 4, 2007 at 10:56 A.M. hackers have inserted errors in this post overnight, which provides me with an opportunity to make revisions and emphazise its contents even more. I am blocking:

http://view.atdmt.com/iview/msnnkhac01728x90... (back again?)

June 2, 2007 at 12:25 P.M. there were 11 intrusion attempts today. My main attacker, once again, was 24.192.175.47. (NJ) Apparently, NJ government computers are used to suppress political speech by dissidents in violation of federal criminal law. If I find myself framed for something or having an unfortunate accident while in custody, I would hope that readers will examine "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey."

I am experiencing difficulties regularly in posting essays at my MSN group, in my blogs, and obstacles make writing difficult today. I will keep struggling. Hackers may be expected to tamper with these texts or alter them. Ask "Justice" Virginia Long: Why? Payoffs? Political favors? How about it Virginia?

This essay has been featured at: http://infoeuro.biz/id/8572/ (Links to international sites are greatly appreciated.)

Tina Kelley, "New Jersey: New Rules for Day Care Centers," The New York Times, October 19, 2006, at B8.

"Federal agents arrested more than 100 men across the country yesterday, including 14 in New Jersey" -- which seems to have been home base for much of this child porn activity in the U.S. -- "[men] who they said subscribed to one of the most repulsive child pornography networks investigators have found, one that included photos and videos of adults sexually assaulting infants."

Much of this sexual behavior is reportedly extracted from minors who are subjected to hypnosis and/or drugging, with the assistance of persons trained in psychology and in the use of these techniques. What are you up to these days Diana? How about Terry? Is everything hunky-dory with you two? Are your victims keeping you busy? Still working secretly for the OAE, Terry? How's the "family-like organization," Diana? Everything peachy-keen?

None of this child porn can exist in New Jersey -- where nearly everybody is on the take or under the control of political-criminal organizations -- without a lot of people being paid off. This probably includes judges and justices. Several of those arrested held positions of public trust and authority:

"A retired [New Jersey] judge accused of traveling abroad to have sex with a minor was released on bail yesterday from a federal detention center and placed under house arrest. The retired New Jersey Superior Court judge Steven W. Thompson, 57, is charged with traveling to Russia to have sex with a boy between the ages of 13 and 16, prosecutors said. He is charged with two felonies, which carry a total of 25 years in prison. Mr. Thompson was released yesterday on $2 million bail and placed under 24-hour house arrest at his home in Avalon under the supervision of his mother, Mildred Thompson. A federal magistrate banned Mr. Thompson from having contact with children, except for supervised visits with his nieces, and from using a computer, which could be used to obtain pornography."

Tyrone Richardson, "Metro Briefing -- New Jersey: Camden Ex-Judge Is Under House Arrest," The New York Times, April 27, 2003 and http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9903E6DF1139F934A1576BC0A9659C8B63&sec=&spo...

I wonder if any of these child molesters work for the OAE or N.J. law courts? I wouldn't be surprised if they do. Ethics? Say, how's Assemblyman NEIL M. COHEN doing? No ethics charges against Mr. Cohen? No hypnosis or drugging for him, Terry or Diana? No criminal charges?

"The case referred by the Newark division of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, marked the second national child pornography investigation to spring from New Jersey in the past four years. The previous case led to the arrests of more than 1,000 subscribers worldwide and convictions against two Belarussians who managed the network."

"How the hell are ya?" Politicians in Trenton respond. (See "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

" ... 'As this investigation amply illustrates, there is no safe haven for child predators,' according to Kyle Hutchins, special agent in charge of Newark's ICE office."

The New Jersey suspects included three men with ties to state government and local political machines (without such ties they would not be "in" New Jersey government or the state's notoriously corrupt judiciary):

"Each of these New Jersey men was charged this summer, immediately after they were identified as subscribers, so [federal] prosecutors could remove them from their positions of authority."

New Jersey law enforcement, including New Jersey's "invisible" Attorney General -- at the time of these events -- Stuart Rabner, now Anne Milgram, "missed" this little ongoing operation as well as the organizations making these multiple crimes possible. They could not arrest ANY of the state's participants in this loathsome activity taking place over a period of years. The A.G. also could not name or go after any of the corrupt N.J. officials who allowed this operation to exist, probably for a fee.

Although the feds are arresting far more criminals and corrupt local officials than New Jersey's Attorney General, the feds have less than half the personnel that the Trenton authorities employ. I wonder why that is? Payoffs? Sexual favors? Rumors concerning the "activities" of Anne Milgram have circulated for a while. The things people say about Ms. Poritz will shock you.

Mr. Rabner, the ineffective former A.G., is now New Jersey's Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Rewarding incompetence and unethical conduct is nothing new in New Jersey. Anne Milgram, without having tried a case anywhere, will wind up as a Superior Court judge -- making incompetent court rulings for years and destroying many lives. Anne takes care of her "chics" -- if you know what I mean. Right, Anne?

In the same day's New York Times, it is reported that "in the future" child day care centers applying for licenses in New Jersey will have to show that their buildings were not previously used as dump sites or pose any health hazzard. (Yes, one or two "z's" may be used since the word "hazzard" or "hazard" comes from az zahr, which is the Arabic word for "chance.") I get a lot of incorrect corrections and hacker-inserted "errors" in my writings.

This means that they will not be able to use New Jersey buildings at all for such purposes. Most properties in New Jersey are built over venomous pollution and chemical waste -- just as the state's government and courts are built on moral corruption and filth.

You don't mind if your kids get cancer in Union City or North Bergen, right? Polluters and child pornographers are the persons in New Jersey's government judging the ethics of others. Why? They have no ethical awareness themselves. Why are they the "moral superiors" of others? They're not, you say? That's exactly my point. They violate rules of ethics themselves, rules which they claim to enforce. Many are criminals and in bed with criminal organizations. Think of the Garden State's little tykes unaware of the digusting perversions popular among Trenton's elected officials. Don't take any candy from Stuart Rabner, kids.

New Jersey's judges (with all exceptions granted) are arrogant, often stupid, incapable of complex or profound thought, usually political whores certain of their intellectual superiority as compared with the likes of you and me. They cover up "crimes against humanity" -- like the psychological and physical tortures that I have described -- so as to hide their own flaws and failures, while speaking to others of ethics. (See "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

This modification of the law will distract the public from asking why no one has gone after building owners who allowed their properties to be used as child care centers KNOWING that they were contaminated by mercury because they had previously been used as thermometer factories. I wonder if any of them are lawyers? If they are, would the OAE be interested? Somehow, I doubt it.

David Kocieniewski, "Newark: Hospital's Use of Helicopter is Questioned," The New York Times, January 16, 2007, at p. B7:

"New Jersey's state medical school may have improperly billed Medicaid for helicopter 'ambulance flights' [more like jaunts to Atlantic City on the taxpayer's tab, probably to attend 'sex shows' with Richard J. Codey and Debbie Poritz -- who is usually accompanied by a "child-like young woman"?] according to a report released yesterday by a federal monitor. A former federal judge, Herbert J. Stern, who was appointed a year ago to investigate financial irregularities at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, noted in the report that the school had made many policy and personnel changes to address widespread problems with overbilling, nepotism and wasteful spending. [New Jersey's U.S. Attorney] Christopher Christie said that more arrests are likely."

Legality? No, just "business as usual" in the Garden State. Geez, Louise ... No wonder I am subjected to all of this harassment today! Speaking truth to power. Wait, there is more.

John Holl, "Camden: Computer Pornography Charge," The New York Times, February 12, 2007, at p. B6:

"A man who taught seminars about whales to elementary school students was arrested last week and charged with possession of child pornography, the state police said. The man STUART GOLDMAN, 63, was arrested on Friday after the state police found pornographic images on his computer, said Sgt. Stephen Jones, a spokesman. The computer was seized last March when the state police charged Mr. Goldman with having marijuana plants in his house in Barrington, Sergeant Jones said. Mr. Goldman has pleaded guilty to the drug charges, the state police said."

There are also several continuing investigations resulting from arrests last year of members of an international child porn ring also based in New Jersey. Information extracted from computers by law enforcement is rumored to have included "persons in public life." You getting nervous, Debbie? Cover up time. There is a widespread concern that efforts by the Trenton Syndicate are underway to "nip" any further inquiry "in the bud." Alleged connections between "influential" underworld figures and local political machines are more worrisome, together with continuing, highly disturbing allegations that law enforcement and judicial persons in New Jersey received "sexual favors" as payoffs. (See "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

Plenty of this child prostitution comes out of Miami. I wonder whether New Jersey politicians are "connected" in any way with such Miami-based porn rings? Any names pop into your mind?

What is the "alleged" cost of getting the Hudson County prosecutor to refrain from indicting a cop or politician these days? $30,000 or a judgeship? Both? Multiple sources of information have, allegedly, become available to federal law enforcement agencies and to several states, concerned about leaks or possible political cover-ups in the putrid Garden State. Nobody trusts New Jersey. I wonder why? There will be more arrests by federal authorities in the weeks and months ahead. Further anouncements are "anticipated." If a woman you love is destroyed by such evil, will you be intimidated in going after those responsible? I don't think so. Any more computer attacks today? More "errors" inserted by hackers?

Any assistance you can provide to federal authorities concerning political corruption and crime among powerful people in New Jersey will be greatly appreciated. Do not trust New Jersey officials on these matters, since anything that you tell them, you're probably also saying to the mob. Who's unethical again? Do you speak to me of "ethics," Stuart Rabner? (See "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "A Disturbing Encounter With the New Jersey State Police.")

Mr. Rabner swore to "uphold the U.S. Constitution and the laws of the state of New Jersey." Has Stuart Rabner done that? I doubt it. Please see the posts at my MSN group, Critique.

No Charges for N.J. Lawmaker With Child Porn!

Due to all the computer harassment today, I may be unable to post new items and essays may be vandalized, again. This usually means new indictments are forthcoming in New Jersey. At any time, damage to my computer may prevent me from writing. These essays may be destroyed. August 1, 2008 at 11:25 A.M. (See "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" as well as "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

I am working on "George E. Norcross, III and New Jersey's Feces-Stained Politics" along with "Union City's Corrupt Municipal Government and Court." I look forward to many more years of focusing on corruption, incompetence and criminality in the New Jersey legal system. (See "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" as well as "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

If damage to my computer prevents me from writing, I will make use of public computers for "hit and run" guerilla warfare against New Jersey's corrupt power-structure.

"Lawmaker Quits Amid Inquiry Over Photos," in The New York Times, July 29, 2008, at p. B5.

"MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (AP) -- A New Jersey assemblyman, NEIL M. COHEN, resigned from the Legislature on Monday, four days after it was reported that he was suspected of possessing child pronography and that an investigation was under way."

Mr. Cohen specialized in matrimonial work where he contributed to decisions concerning the welfare of children and family law matters.

As of this writing, no legal ethics charges have been brought against this allegedly corrupt, child molesting attorney and former member of the "Ethics Committee" of the "New Jersey Bar Association" -- also allegedly. Mentioning "Ethics" and "New Jersey lawyers" in the same sentence may be a contradiction in terms.

What a heel-of-a-guy, good old Neil M. Cohen must be! Close as he can be to "Slim Jim" McGreevey (they say) and "Shyster Ray" Lesniak as well as "Slippery Joe" Cryan, but obnoxious and rude to underlings. It is true that planting child porn in someone's home is a time-tested technique of political revenge in New Jersey favored by the Hudson County machine and Senator Bob, allegedly.

Like cops who toss a handgun next to one of their African-American murder victims on the Turnpike, mafia guys get rid of rivals in the political world (or a rare honest professional) with behind-the-back-frame-ups. Mr. Cohen's questionable move in checking into a psychiatric facility and Cohen's proximity to the likes of Lesniak and Cryan suggest that Cohen is as guilty as sin -- allegedly, of course.

I wonder why New Jersey is so closely associated by law enforcement with child prostitution, child porn, mafia activities in government circles, along with a viciously corrupt and sold out judiciary?

Any more "errors" you want to insert in my writings? Do you speak to me of "ethics," Mr. Rabner? (See "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

"The clerk of the Assembly received a one sentence letter from Mr. Cohen just before 9:30 A.M. Monday. Mr. Cohen said his resignation was effective immediately, but did not offer any explanation."

Cohen is said to be aware of the activities of other prominent New Jersey officials sharing his alleged "proclivities," including members of the judiciary. Anne Milgram will neither confirm nor deny her prior "socializing" with Mr. Cohen or other members of New Jersey's Legislature. Does Ms. Milgram's share Mr. Cohen's tastes?

How chummy with the reportedly "short-eyed" Mr. Cohen are Stuart Rabner? Debbie Poritz? Sybil Moses? Terry Tuchin? Richard J. Codey? Roberto "Big Pappa" Menendez? We do not know. Debbie's alleged friendship with Diana is a little worrisome.

Three days of obstacles and harassments have accompanied my writing efforts. I will make certain to work today on my essays dealing with Mr. Norcross and the disgusting history of Union City's disappearing public funds.

Do you wish to block one of the images in my essays? It may be wiser to leave those philosophical essays alone. 12 essays vandalized (so far!), more warfare is coming.

"He has not been charged with a crime."

Why charge an alleged child molester with crimes when people who piss on the sidewalk are worthy of execution as a distraction from the sewer that is New Jersey's legal system? No reason. What the hell? Let's go out and spend some of the $300 MILLION scooped by Jaynee. (See again: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

"Colleagues who use the same legislative district office as Mr. Cohen, 57, a Democrat, said last week that they told law enforcement authorities about images of child pornography found on his computer."

Is it true that Cohen is threatening to expose judges in on the so-called "child porn scam"?

"Assemblyman Joseph Cryan, who shared a district office with Mr. Cohen, said the investigation began after a staff member in the Union Township office found a printout of a nude GIRL, possibly in her early teens OR YOUNGER."

I wonder whether the child was overweight? Mr. Cohen is said to be very weight conscious, sugesting to young women that they need to "lose weight." Cohen likes pre-teen "chicks," huh Diana? Is it true that you N.J. "people" supply child victims to "politicians' -- allegedly, for a small fee? It is a "real job" being a New Jersey Legislator, isn't it?

"Mr. Cryan and State Senator Raymond J. Lesniak said they referred the case to the state attorney general's office. Peter Aseltine, a spokesman for the attorney general said the office does not comment on whether it is investigating cases."

Allegations that the matter has been "fixed," either by Cohen or his friends Poritz and Rabner, are not confirmed.

"Mr. Cryan said that Mr. Cohen remained hospitalized for psychaitric treatment on Monday."

Gee, I wonder why it took so long for the Times to run this story, with an AP by-line no less? Favors for N.J. friends of Mr. Cohen?

"Mr. Cohen, a divorce lawyer, served in the Asembly in 1990 and 91' and continually since 1994."

N.J. Legislator and Deputy Speaker Busted for Child Porn!

July 29, 2008 at 6:39 P.M. I was in the midst of posting a movie review at Critique when hackers prevented me from accessing the site or knowing what has been done to my essay. I will keep trying throughout the day to get back to my msn group. What is "Doubleclick"?

July 27, 2008 at 11:23 A.M. hacks and other attacks on my computer have been intense over the past several days. I am always in danger of not being able to write again. I will attempt to run scans today. These essays may be destroyed at any time. I cannot post images at these blogs or at my profile. I do not know whether my books are still available nor how many persons have seen or read them. My daily writing experience is best described as a kind of warfare. Under the circumstances, I have decided to concentrate on more N.J. judges, political figures, prominent members of the bar along with more disgusting examples of criminality in Garden State legal circles for as long as I am able to write. Have a great day!

July 26, 2008 at 1:21 P.M. several scans are unable to update my system or back up files. Writing is very difficult under these circumstances. Damage to essays will be repaired as quickly as possible. I will continue to run scans throughout the day. More arrests are likely in New Jersey, very soon.

July 26, 2008 at 11:15 A.M. My computer has been subjected to so many attacks this morning that further attempts at writing are useless. My monitor was frozen a moment ago. I will attempt to run scans and try again tomorrow.

"Legislator Under Investigation for Child Porn," http://msnbc.msn.com/id/25841503/print/1/displaymode/1098/ (No coverage so far in the New York Times?)

Unfortunately, after what seems like hours of trying, I am unable to post new essays at my msn group, Critique. This is not unusual after the arrest of a N.J. legislator. I have reason to believe that many more such arrests are forthcoming. Hadcuffed officials will be seen during the next several weeks or months, including several very prominent political and legal figures in the Garden State, even as new health risks from uncontained N.J. pollution appear in people's lives.

Censorship efforts directed against me may be expected to intensify. Threats will not deter me. Has the spacing of paragraphs been affected in this essay?

New Jersey has been called the "child porn and prostitution center of America" because many persons in these repulsive industries enjoy the protection of corrupt law-makers and judges, together with the pervasive mafia control of law enforcement in N.J. (See "We don't know from nothing!" and "Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey.")

All of this adds to New Jersey's fame for political corruption and leads to more theft of billions of dollars from the depleted public treasury. (See "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks," "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" as well as "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

"Veteran Democratic state Assemblyman Neil Cohen is being investigated for child pornography possession on his legislative office computer, according to four officials familiar with the situation." (emphasis added)

"It was two fellow Democrats who essentially turned in Cohen. News 4 New York has learned the seven-term assemblyman has been hospitalized under psychiatric observation Thursday night, after investigators seized computers from his office on Stuyvesant Avenue in Union." (Compare "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" with "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Thus far, mysteriously, there has been no extensive coverage of this incident in The New York Times. No articles devoted to the corruption explosion in the Garden State have appeared in the New Yorker. How curious? Not even Mr. Toobin -- an alleged Republican -- is interested in these fascinating developments. Toobin seems like a Democrat to me.

Forthcoming essays examining the behind-the-scenes activities of prominent persons in Hudson County may shed further light on this mystery. Also, a look at the befouled judicial selection and confirmation process in New Jersey is long overdue.

Anne Milgram is said to be "hoping" to focus attention on this legislator in order to distract or avoid an inquiry into the pervasiveness of New Jersey's general corruption with regard to child porn and prostitution activities. Mr. Cohen's complicity in these activities is widely believed to be only the tip of the iceberg. No comment is forthcoming from Trenton concerning rumored relationships between Diana Lisa Riccioli or other so-called forensic "therapists" (licensed?) and the exploitation of persons involved in creating loathsome child porn materials. Hypnosis is commonly used to make children "amenable" to abuse. Right, Diana? (See again: "We don't know from nothing!")

The criminal investigation of Mr. Cohen and "friends," if any, including an on-going federal inquiry (allegedly), is unresolved as of this writing.

"... At least one computer used in this collecting of child porn was assigned to [Mr. Cohen] as part of his work in the legislature." No indication (so far) concerning the role, if any, of Senator Robert a.k.a. "Bob" a.k.a. "Roberto" Menendez (how's the babe, "BobbyM"?) in these unfortunate events. Nothing much happens in New Jersey without BobbyM "dipping his wick."

Your tax dollars are used to finance computer crime, including censorship efforts and child porn, perhaps, even cyberstalking. How do you like that?

There is also no word available, at this time, concerning the outcome of grand jury investigations (there are several) into the activities of Senator Robert "BobbyM" Menendez. This delay is usually an indication that a federal indictment is forthcoming. "Errors" have already been inserted in this essay, then corrected by me. Keep your eyes on further efforts to destroy these works.

It is also not known whether those activities and that notorious federal office holder may be related to these distressing developments concerning more New Jersey corruption right in "Boss Bob's" backyard.

A forthcoming essay focusing on Union City's Municipal Court and politics should make for fascinating reading. Did Senator Bob get to wet his beak in the Municipal Court's coffers? Inquiring minds want to know. Senator Robert, a.k.a. "Bob," a.k.a. "Roberto," a.k.a. "BobbyM," a.k.a. "Pappa" Menendez and friends continue to insist that they "are for all the people."

Numerous computer attacks make writing at my MSN group increasingly difficult today. What is "ATLAS"? Spacing may be affected in this essay which is always subject to attack by hackers in the land of the free and home of the brave. Phone call received from 062-231-2473 on July 25, 2008 at 1:08 P.M. August 6, 2008 at 9:42 A.M. call from 310-599-5635; 12:37 P.M. call from 239-457-4835; 3:01 P.M. call from 561-666-8542. Many computer troubles today.

"The outspoken liberal Roselle resident shares an office with State Senator Raymond ['Shyster Ray'] Lesniak and Assemblyman Joseph Cryan." [Known unaffectionately as 'Slippery Joe.']

Both New Jersey politicians -- from Gambino-controlled Union County? -- claimed to have been "surprised" (really?) to make these discoveries, despite knowing their ostensibly sexually bizarre colleague for decades. No comment concerning whether notifying the A.G. was a way to avoid a looming federal investigation by taking the issue to the state, where the boys can pull strings for their buddy while covering their own asses.

Assemblyman and "made member" Neil Cohen. " ... served in the Assembly from 1990 to 1991 and from 1994 to present. He is currently a deputy speaker." (emphasis added)

No word at this time concerning a parallel federal investigation of the organizations involved in child porn and prostitution in New Jersey, allegedly enjoying state political protection. No wonder I am experiencing so many computer difficulties today.

Richard J. Codey, Speaker Roberts and Chief Justice Stuart Rabner indicated that they "do not speak English." All three men had "no comment."

"In 2001, Cohen sponsored a bill creating a computer hotline to report child pornography and other Internet crime." (Irony?)

No doubt Mr. Cohen served on the local Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Bar Association, presuming to comment on the ethics of those attorneys targeted for destruction for not "playing ball" with Trenton's politicians/mafia figures.

Do you speak to me of ethics, boys and girls?

This is further evidence of hypocrisy and disgusting criminality in the centers of power of the fetid Garden State.

More follow-up stories and profiles of leading members of New Jersey's legal and judicial as well as political circles are coming up. Next is "George E. Norcross, III and New Jersey's Feces-Stained Politics and Law." Several members of the bar no doubt will happily offer any assistance that I may require in writing that one. I wonder why? Is good old George not universally loved?

It is not disclosed whether Mr. Cohen is a friend of N.J.'s shady forensic specialist, Dr. Terry Tuchin (who likes the young ladies, perhaps!) and who is said to be looking at apartments in Jerusalem. Skipping town, Terry?

Corrupt New Jersey Prosecutors and Bribed Judges Let Rapists Slide!

July 24, 2008 at 1:10 P.M. My security system warns me, in red type, that "I am not secure!" New risks to my system cannot be removed. They will have to be removed "manually." However, all efforts to do so are unsuccessful. I will try to re-boot or re-start my computer.

July 21, 2008 at 10:33 P.M. I was just obstructed in efforts to access Critique. This usually means that new "errors" have been inserted in my essays. I will struggle to make all necessary corrections and begin work on "George E. Norcross, III and New Jersey Law," then "Fun and Games in Union City, New Jersey. " What is "cb3"?

July 21, 2008 at 9:01 A.M. Two "anonymous" calls so far, some obstructions this morning. It is too soon to tell how much damage has been done to essays at Critique or at these blogs. Image posting is still blocked.

July 20, 2008 at 1:24 P.M. After what seems like hours, once again, I am unable to access my MSN group, where essays have probably been vandalized and altered overnight. I cannot say when I will be able to return to my site in order to continue writing. Shockingly, New Jersey government computers have been used, it seems, to pursue censorship policies and criminal violations of civil rights to the indifference of the authorities in that jurisdiction. I will continue to struggle to reach my group and write again. (See "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

July 20, 2008 at 9:56 P.M. new "errors" were inserted in several essays. I will try to make the same corrections again.

"No Charges For 7 Troopers In Rape Inquiry," in The New York Times, July 18, 2008, at p. B8.
Bill Sanderson & Brigitte Williams-James, "Suicide Tie-In to 'Sex' Dormmates," in The New York Post, July 12, 2008, at p. 7.

"TRENTON (AP) -- Seven troopers who were suspended after a woman claimed she had been raped at one of their homes will not be charged with a crime, a prosecutor said on Thursday."

I wonder whether any of these cops are related to Hoboken's Lt. Andriani, who was mysteriously exonerated by Hudson County Prosecutor Ed de Fazio? Rumors indicate that politicians made calls to the Hudson Prosecutor (Senator Bob?) offering a judgeship "down the line" if Mr. de Fazio "plays ball" now. Any truth to these rumors, Ed? How curious that images were blocked last night from several essays at Critique, after posting this essay critical of New Jersey's power structure?

"Stephanie Kurowsky, a spokeswoman for the Middlesex County prosecutor, said that the case had been closed, but would not comment further."

What happens to a victim of rape and torture who witnesses this farce? This young woman must live for the rest of her life with trauma -- trauma which never leaves a person -- knowing that those responsible are laughing at her attempts to achieve even a semblance of justice.

The proceedings against these state troopers in New Jersey were deliberately delayed, allegedly, by incautious remarks by a former prosecutor, who almost seemed to "wish" to get rid of the matter. Intimidated?

"Lawyers for the troopers" -- most of whom are politically active -- " said that the system had worked and that their clients had been cleared."

No, the troopers just weren't prosecuted in the most politically corrupt and mafia-saturated jurisdiction in the country. What's the rape of one more woman set against politically-connected cops? Nothing. Who cares about rape victims, male or female? New Jersey's Supreme Court sure doesn't give a shit.

"But it was not clear when and if the troopers, who have been suspended with pay for more than seven months, [nice!] will return to the state police."

Lawyers and other cops are afraid to speak out. I'm not! KKK, organized crime, "Lords of Discipline" -- all have been alleged to flourish in New Jersey's State Police, which was taken over by the feds not so long ago because of allegations of racial profiling, cruelty, generalized racism on the Turnpike and Parkway. Numerous incidents of abuse on N.J. highways by cops have been ignored for years by state authorities, like Stuart Rabner and Anne Milgram. Now rape by our boys in blue is being tolerated. This would not happen in New York.

"In December, a woman told the authorities that she had been raped by a group of troopers she had met at a Trenton nightclub. She claimed this occurred at Ewing Township home of one of the troopers."

I believe her.

"No formal charges were ever filed as investigators -- first from the Mercer County prosecutor's office, then from Middlesex County -- looked into the account."

"The woman's lawyer, Nat Dershowitz" -- I've met Nat Dershowitz, who spoke at my law school, I also met his famous brother Alan Dershowitz, who was kind enough to sign a copy of one of his books for me -- "said his client believed there was enough evidence to go ahead with charges against all the troopers."

Lawyers know the old saying: "They can indict a ham sandwich." In New Jersey, the ham sandwich just needs to know a politician and nothing happens. Bring a little cash for the assignment judge. (See "Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Jaynee La Vecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

"... 'The victim is extremely upset that the D.A.'s office [there's no D.A. in New Jersey, Nat!] is not going to present the case to the grand jury and is not going to prosecute the matter,' Mr. Dershowitz said. 'She feels she has been left without any justice.' ..."

Me too. Where are those reports, Terry? What's Diana up to with the "ladies"?

"... there had been delays in the investigation and ... his client had not been treated fairly. He also said it appeared that the case had been closed administratively, NOT with a grand jury's deciding that there was NOT evidence to prosecute." [Sic.]

Double negative? Is this an isolated incident of indifference to rape allegations in New Jersey or in the American legal system? Hardly. Such tragedies have been known to occur elsewhere, but only in New Jersey are the culprits police officers or corrupt officials, members of the bar and judiciary.

"Clueless cops botched a probe into a vicious gang rape at a suburban college after they were conned into believing that 19 year-old victim Megan Wright likely agreed to have sex, says a shocking lawsuit filed by the coed's mother. The young woman, distraught over the investigation and the fact that no one was brought to justice, later killed herself." (emphasis added)

What's the big deal? "Adjust," right Terry? 'Dem Guys, Geez ...

More New Jersey Guilty Pleas, Prostitution, Political Corruption.

Once again, efforts to write this morning have been frustrated by obstructions and denials of access to my site at MSN. I cannot change the image at my group or post a corrected version of an essay that was vandalized, once more, last night. Efforts to enlist the cooperation of the authorities in preventing these criminal actions are unsuccessful. I will run scans throughout the day. I will try every fifteen minutes to return to my work. I will begin again tomorrow. It will take a while for me to correct "errors" inserted in these essays.

Please do not remain passive to violations of human rights wherever you are. Keep fighting. I will do the same. July 17, 2008, at 12:23 P.M. I am still blocking:

http://view.atdmt.com/iview/msnnkhac001728x90xWBCBR00110msn/direct;wi.728;hi.90/01
(NJ, images cannot be posted at these blogs, attacks against these writings by hackers are always expected.)

All attempts to reach my MSN group have been unsuccessful this morning. I am obstructed at this time from accessing my site. Also, new "errors" and other vandalism have further damaged several of my writings. This may reflect new indictments of prominent politicians expected soon in New Jersey. I will struggle for the rest of the day to reach my group and continue working on my essays.

July 16, 2008 at 10:14 A.M. Profiles of George E. Norcross, III and several crooked judges in New Jersey are coming up.

Sharon Otterman, "Fourth Guilty Plea Arranged In Escort Ring Tied to Spitzer," in The New York Times, July 15, 2008, at p. B3.
"Union Head, A Friend Of Corzine Is Removed," in The New York Times, July 8, 2008, at p. 4.

"A holistic health counselor who worked as a part-time booker for the prostitution ring that ensnared former Governor Eliot Spitzer has verbally accepted a plea agreement and is expected to plead guilty next month to lighter charges than those faced by her fellow defendants, her lawyer said Monday."

What does "verbally accepted" mean? Did she accept a plea agreement orally, prior to signing a written agreement? Any agreement is "verbal"? Unless the agreement is in hand gestures, some words must be used. Obviously, this defendant and "holistic health counselor' (is that, like, a "whore"?) is cooperating with the federal authorities.

The U.S. attorney is interested in the New Jersey-based organization sponsoring child porn and prostitution, enjoying mafia and political protection for decades in that foul-smelling turf. No, Ms. Hollander could not be a whore because whores in New Jersey are required to pass a bar examination. All exceptions granted.

"The woman, Tanya Hollander, 36, is the fourth defendant to accept a plea deal in connection with the service, the Emperor's Club V.I.P. The head of the agency, Mark Brenner, 62, pleaded guilty in June to prostitution and money laundering charges." (emphasis added)

Senator Bob is getting nervous. Senator Bob, allegedly, passed a bar examination.

"Cecil Suwal, 23, the woman who ran its day-to-day operations, admitted to similar charges on June 3. Temeka Rachelle Lewis, 32, the agency's chief booker, acknowledged her role at the service in May."

In a state where Superior Court judgeships are purchased for about $25,000 in contributions, allegedly, the people specializing in interstate traffic of young women and men have it made. Did you fellas in New Jersey realize that travelling accross state lines to enter someone's home, illegally, in order to assault a person, also illegally -- who is subjected to hypnosis -- is a federal offense? Did you "fully appreciate" the consequences of a "conspiracy to violate civil rights" that transcends state boundaries? Or of another conspiracy to cover up such heinous criminality? Does your rule book suggest, John, that these are "ethics infractions" when New Jersey attorneys indulge in them? Allegedly.

Linkage of the words "attorneys" and "New Jersey" may give rise to a sense of disgust in the reader -- especially any reader who is both a New Jersey resident and an honest lawyer as opposed to, say, Anne Milgram or Stuart Rabner.

"All three are awaiting sentencing."

"Mr. Spitzer resigned as governor on March 12, two days after his involvement with the ring was disclosed. It remains unclear whether federal prosecutors intend to bring charges against him."

I suspect the feds prefer to obtain cooperation from Mr. Spitzer since they have stumbled upon the cesspool of corruption that is New Jersey, where 200 convicts are in the pooper scooper already. Many more malfeasors are on their way to club fed. Child molesters and pimps within the legal profession and (probably) the judiciary are next.

In response to the mysterious vandalism of one of my essays yesterday, I have decided to prepare a lengthy profile of George E. Norcross, III. I expect to raise new and disturbing questions concerning Mr. Rabner's actions -- and inactions -- during his service as New Jersey Attorney General.

"So far, of the three defendants to plead guilty, only Ms. Lewis has signed an agreement with the government obliging her to testify before a grand jury that is still investigating the prostitution ring's operations."

The feds want some more of the mafia guys and politicians in New Jersey's legal circles and judiciary. This prostitution scandal is like glue paper, plenty of the Jersey Boys are stuck on it.

"Ms. Hollander's lawyer, Michael C. Farkas, would not say whether she also will be asked to testify as part of her plea deal."

Meanwhile, back at the ranch ...

"... The board voted unanimously on Monday to suspend the leader, Carla Katz, and the governing board of Local 1034, contending that there had been financial malpractice and suppression of dissent among the local's 16,000 members, 10,000 of whom are state workers." (emphasis added)

Thievery? Is this the "ethics in government" promised by Mr. Corzine, the "alleged" lover of and negotiator with, Ms. Katz? Are these people governing and judging us in New Jersey or as Americans? Are these persons our self-professed "ethical superiors"?

"It is also said that she spent union money without oversight from the local's officers or board."

If you are a New Jersey teacher, cop, firefighter, or government clerk, that could be your money that is being "spent."

"... including more than $700,000 in political campaign contributions [Senator Bob?] made between October 2005 and May 2008; threatened a dissident member's employment and engaged in other retaliatory conduct; and failed to keep time records to show what she was doing as the local's president."

I wonder whether those campaign contributions were deposited in the Democratic party's (or the Senator's!) "non-federal account"? Is there any truth to the rumor that a grand jury (or two) is about to indict Senator Bob? I can't wait to find out. I wonder why I am struggling against so much harassment today?

Carla's and Corzine's Soap Opera in New Jersey!

July 15, 2008 at 7:04 P.M. numerous essays were vandalized again. This is at least the fiftieth time that I have made an identical correction to my Schopenhauer essay. Interestingly, the "error" is not found in my printed versions of the essay. Calls received from: 616-980-2020 on July 15, 2008 at 6:24 P.M.; 551-655-1346 on July 14, 2008 at 8:12 A.M.; 805-759-4311 at 5:11 P.M. I am still blocking:

Tom Hester, Jr., "Jon's Axed Union Gal Strikes Back," in The New York Post, July 12, 2008, at p. 18.

Images have been blocked at Critique today. Other harassment must be expected. July 14, 2008 at 9:51 A.M. (Bastille Day!)

"Carla Katz, the ousted chief of New Jersey's state worker union, filed a federal lawsuit yesterday against the Communications Workers of America, charging that the national group wrongfully booted her."

"The lawsuit alleges the CWA violated its constitution and federal labor laws by removing Katz, Gov. Jon Corzine's former girlfriend, along with the executive board of CWA local 1034 on Monday."

Corzine had spread all kinds of money on Ms. Katz -- like K-y Jelly! -- paying for mortgages and other goodies for his "partner in negotiations concerning union matters." No conflict of interest was seen by these highly ethical persons. Ms. Katz clearly prevailed in those negotiations. However, it was Corzine who was smiling at the Governor's mansion. I wonder why?

Deborah T. Poritz may have been involved in a sexual relationship with Diana Lisa Riccioli who is alleged to have provided the former New Jersey Chief Justice with sexual partners, presumably some of those women were conscious and consented to these "relationships." These entanglements were not disclosed at the time that Marilyn was subjected to hypnosis and drugging, right Diana? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

"The national union claimed Katz and the board engaged in fiscal malpractice and suppression of dissent within the 16,000-member local." (emphasis added)

The amount of mafia influence in this union, if any, is not reported in the press. Most labor unions have a colorful history in New Jersey, whose radioactive cranberry fields were the home of the late and unlamented Jimmy Hoffa.

"The complaint -- filed not only by Katz but by 13 other local 1034 officials -- asks a judge to prohibit the national union from taking over the local [and] to restore Katz and other officials to their positions. It also asks the judge to schedule a 'full and fair' hearing on the CWA's charges against Katz and the 1034 board."

$470,000 for Carla from Corzine, lots of ... "friendship" for Corzine from Carla. Isn't she just as cute as a bug's ear? This "exchange" took place while the principals were negotiating for their respective interests. No conflict of interest? These are my "ethical superiors"?

Sexual shenanigans between Governors and judges -- usually involving younger subordinates -- is nothing new in New Jersey. Jim McGreevey's disgraceful and corrupt affair with an unqualified Israeli sailor demonstrates that much. The exact relationship between Debbie Poritz and female "underlings" or "law clerks" is not known. Rumors concerning such matters have circulated for years. Anne Milgram? Diana? Any thoughts "ladies"?

Perhaps this "proclivity" on the part of Poritz explains Trenton's continuing cover-up of the Tuchin/Riccioli torture scandal. (See again: "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Each day that the cover-up continues is a renewal of my tortures. Lawyers always said that you did better arguing before Poritz if you brought along an attractive young woman to smile at then "Chief Justice" Poritz. Perhaps a photo of such a young woman would not have been blocked at my group today. The words "Chief Justice" associated with someone like Poritz makes you wanna puke, doesn't it? ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

"The lawsuit asks a judge to prevent CWA officials 'from overthrowing the democratically elected leaders of the local' and from seizing control of the local from its members based upon erroneous, distorted and vindictive allegations."

"CWA spokesman Bob Master said the national union stands by its actions."

"... A July 3 report by Larry Cohen, national Communications Workers of America president, found 'a clear and ongoing pattern' of fiscal wrongdoing by Katz." (emphasis added)

"Fiscal wrongdoing" may be unethical. Allegedly, the millions from Corzine wasn't enough for Carla. Carla likes the bucks, huh? This does sound like a Jersey story. Geez.

"Katz is also embroiled in a fight in state courts to stop e-mails between her and Corzine and his staff from being disclosed. The e-mails were exchanged during state worker contract talks."

Wouldn't it be great if all the posts at the old The Philosophy Cafe at MSN were made public? I kept quite a few print outs. Any more "errors" you want to insert today, boys and girls?
