July 29, 2008 at 6:39 P.M. I was in the midst of posting a movie review at Critique when hackers prevented me from accessing the site or knowing what has been done to my essay. I will keep trying throughout the day to get back to my msn group. What is "Doubleclick"?
July 27, 2008 at 11:23 A.M. hacks and other attacks on my computer have been intense over the past several days. I am always in danger of not being able to write again. I will attempt to run scans today. These essays may be destroyed at any time. I cannot post images at these blogs or at my profile. I do not know whether my books are still available nor how many persons have seen or read them. My daily writing experience is best described as a kind of warfare. Under the circumstances, I have decided to concentrate on more N.J. judges, political figures, prominent members of the bar along with more disgusting examples of criminality in Garden State legal circles for as long as I am able to write. Have a great day!
July 26, 2008 at 1:21 P.M. several scans are unable to update my system or back up files. Writing is very difficult under these circumstances. Damage to essays will be repaired as quickly as possible. I will continue to run scans throughout the day. More arrests are likely in New Jersey, very soon.
July 26, 2008 at 11:15 A.M. My computer has been subjected to so many attacks this morning that further attempts at writing are useless. My monitor was frozen a moment ago. I will attempt to run scans and try again tomorrow.
"Legislator Under Investigation for Child Porn," http://msnbc.msn.com/id/25841503/print/1/displaymode/1098/ (No coverage so far in the New York Times?)
Unfortunately, after what seems like hours of trying, I am unable to post new essays at my msn group, Critique. This is not unusual after the arrest of a N.J. legislator. I have reason to believe that many more such arrests are forthcoming. Hadcuffed officials will be seen during the next several weeks or months, including several very prominent political and legal figures in the Garden State, even as new health risks from uncontained N.J. pollution appear in people's lives.
Censorship efforts directed against me may be expected to intensify. Threats will not deter me. Has the spacing of paragraphs been affected in this essay?
New Jersey has been called the "child porn and prostitution center of America" because many persons in these repulsive industries enjoy the protection of corrupt law-makers and judges, together with the pervasive mafia control of law enforcement in N.J. (See "We don't know from nothing!" and "Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey.")
All of this adds to New Jersey's fame for political corruption and leads to more theft of billions of dollars from the depleted public treasury. (See "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks," "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" as well as "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")
"Veteran Democratic state Assemblyman Neil Cohen is being investigated for child pornography possession on his legislative office computer, according to four officials familiar with the situation." (emphasis added)
"It was two fellow Democrats who essentially turned in Cohen. News 4 New York has learned the seven-term assemblyman has been hospitalized under psychiatric observation Thursday night, after investigators seized computers from his office on Stuyvesant Avenue in Union." (Compare "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" with "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")
Thus far, mysteriously, there has been no extensive coverage of this incident in The New York Times. No articles devoted to the corruption explosion in the Garden State have appeared in the New Yorker. How curious? Not even Mr. Toobin -- an alleged Republican -- is interested in these fascinating developments. Toobin seems like a Democrat to me.
Forthcoming essays examining the behind-the-scenes activities of prominent persons in Hudson County may shed further light on this mystery. Also, a look at the befouled judicial selection and confirmation process in New Jersey is long overdue.
Anne Milgram is said to be "hoping" to focus attention on this legislator in order to distract or avoid an inquiry into the pervasiveness of New Jersey's general corruption with regard to child porn and prostitution activities. Mr. Cohen's complicity in these activities is widely believed to be only the tip of the iceberg. No comment is forthcoming from Trenton concerning rumored relationships between Diana Lisa Riccioli or other so-called forensic "therapists" (licensed?) and the exploitation of persons involved in creating loathsome child porn materials. Hypnosis is commonly used to make children "amenable" to abuse. Right, Diana? (See again: "We don't know from nothing!")
The criminal investigation of Mr. Cohen and "friends," if any, including an on-going federal inquiry (allegedly), is unresolved as of this writing.
"... At least one computer used in this collecting of child porn was assigned to [Mr. Cohen] as part of his work in the legislature." No indication (so far) concerning the role, if any, of Senator Robert a.k.a. "Bob" a.k.a. "Roberto" Menendez (how's the babe, "BobbyM"?) in these unfortunate events. Nothing much happens in New Jersey without BobbyM "dipping his wick."
Your tax dollars are used to finance computer crime, including censorship efforts and child porn, perhaps, even cyberstalking. How do you like that?
There is also no word available, at this time, concerning the outcome of grand jury investigations (there are several) into the activities of Senator Robert "BobbyM" Menendez. This delay is usually an indication that a federal indictment is forthcoming. "Errors" have already been inserted in this essay, then corrected by me. Keep your eyes on further efforts to destroy these works.
It is also not known whether those activities and that notorious federal office holder may be related to these distressing developments concerning more New Jersey corruption right in "Boss Bob's" backyard.
A forthcoming essay focusing on Union City's Municipal Court and politics should make for fascinating reading. Did Senator Bob get to wet his beak in the Municipal Court's coffers? Inquiring minds want to know. Senator Robert, a.k.a. "Bob," a.k.a. "Roberto," a.k.a. "BobbyM," a.k.a. "Pappa" Menendez and friends continue to insist that they "are for all the people."
Numerous computer attacks make writing at my MSN group increasingly difficult today. What is "ATLAS"? Spacing may be affected in this essay which is always subject to attack by hackers in the land of the free and home of the brave. Phone call received from 062-231-2473 on July 25, 2008 at 1:08 P.M. "The outspoken liberal Roselle resident shares an office with State Senator Raymond ['Shyster Ray'] Lesniak and Assemblyman Joseph Cryan." [Known unaffectionately as 'Slippery Joe.']
Both New Jersey politicians -- from Gambino-controlled Union County? -- claimed to have been "surprised" (really?) to make these discoveries, despite knowing their ostensibly sexually bizarre colleague for decades. No comment concerning whether notifying the A.G. was a way to avoid a looming federal investigation by taking the issue to the state, where the boys can pull strings for their buddy while covering their own asses.
Assemblyman and "made member" Neil Cohen. " ... served in the Assembly from 1990 to 1991 and from 1994 to present. He is currently a deputy speaker." (emphasis added)
No word at this time concerning a parallel federal investigation of the organizations involved in child porn and prostitution in New Jersey, allegedly enjoying state political protection. No wonder I am experiencing so many computer difficulties today.
Richard J. Codey, Speaker Roberts and Chief Justice Stuart Rabner indicated that they "do not speak English." All three men had "no comment."
"In 2001, Cohen sponsored a bill creating a computer hotline to report child pornography and other Internet crime." (Irony?)
No doubt Mr. Cohen served on the local Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Bar Association, presuming to comment on the ethics of those attorneys targeted for destruction for not "playing ball" with Trenton's politicians/mafia figures.
Do you speak to me of ethics, boys and girls?
This is further evidence of hypocrisy and disgusting criminality in the centers of power of the fetid Garden State.
More follow-up stories and profiles of leading members of New Jersey's legal and judicial as well as political circles are coming up. Next is "George E. Norcross, III and New Jersey's Feces-Stained Politics and Law." Several members of the bar no doubt will happily offer any assistance that I may require in writing that one. I wonder why? Is good old George not universally loved?
It is not disclosed whether Mr. Cohen is a friend of N.J.'s shady forensic specialist, Dr. Terry Tuchin (who likes the young ladies, perhaps!) and who is said to be looking at apartments in Jerusalem. Skipping town, Terry?
