July 15, 2008 at 7:04 P.M. numerous essays were vandalized again. This is at least the fiftieth time that I have made an identical correction to my Schopenhauer essay. Interestingly, the "error" is not found in my printed versions of the essay. "Carla Katz, the ousted chief of New Jersey's state worker union, filed a federal lawsuit yesterday against the Communications Workers of America, charging that the national group wrongfully booted her."
"The lawsuit alleges the CWA violated its constitution and federal labor laws by removing Katz, Gov. Jon Corzine's former girlfriend, along with the executive board of CWA local 1034 on Monday."
Corzine had spread all kinds of money on Ms. Katz -- like K-y Jelly! -- paying for mortgages and other goodies for his "partner in negotiations concerning union matters." No conflict of interest was seen by these highly ethical persons. Ms. Katz clearly prevailed in those negotiations. However, it was Corzine who was smiling at the Governor's mansion. I wonder why?
Deborah T. Poritz may have been involved in a sexual relationship with Diana Lisa Riccioli who is alleged to have provided the former New Jersey Chief Justice with sexual partners, presumably some of those women were conscious and consented to these "relationships." These entanglements were not disclosed at the time that Marilyn was subjected to hypnosis and drugging, right Diana? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
"The national union claimed Katz and the board engaged in fiscal malpractice and suppression of dissent within the 16,000-member local." (emphasis added)
The amount of mafia influence in this union, if any, is not reported in the press. Most labor unions have a colorful history in New Jersey, whose radioactive cranberry fields were the home of the late and unlamented Jimmy Hoffa.
"The complaint -- filed not only by Katz but by 13 other local 1034 officials -- asks a judge to prohibit the national union from taking over the local [and] to restore Katz and other officials to their positions. It also asks the judge to schedule a 'full and fair' hearing on the CWA's charges against Katz and the 1034 board."
$470,000 for Carla from Corzine, lots of ... "friendship" for Corzine from Carla. Isn't she just as cute as a bug's ear? This "exchange" took place while the principals were negotiating for their respective interests. No conflict of interest? These are my "ethical superiors"?
Sexual shenanigans between Governors and judges -- usually involving younger subordinates -- is nothing new in New Jersey. Jim McGreevey's disgraceful and corrupt affair with an unqualified Israeli sailor demonstrates that much. The exact relationship between Debbie Poritz and female "underlings" or "law clerks" is not known. Rumors concerning such matters have circulated for years. Anne Milgram? Diana? Any thoughts "ladies"?
Perhaps this "proclivity" on the part of Poritz explains Trenton's continuing cover-up of the Tuchin/Riccioli torture scandal. (See again: "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")
Each day that the cover-up continues is a renewal of my tortures. Lawyers always said that you did better arguing before Poritz if you brought along an attractive young woman to smile at then "Chief Justice" Poritz. Perhaps a photo of such a young woman would not have been blocked at my group today. The words "Chief Justice" associated with someone like Poritz makes you wanna puke, doesn't it? ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

"Fiscal wrongdoing" may be unethical. Allegedly, the millions from Corzine wasn't enough for Carla. Carla likes the bucks, huh? This does sound like a Jersey story. Geez.
"Katz is also embroiled in a fight in state courts to stop e-mails between her and Corzine and his staff from being disclosed. The e-mails were exchanged during state worker contract talks."
