A Surprising Message From a Friend!

November 5, 2008 at 12:16 P.M. (computer clock) efforts to reach my hotmail account are unsuccessful, but I did get to Critique. I will keep trying to reach my e-mail. Any delays in responding are due to the usual harassments from New Jersey. Congratulations to President-elect Barack Obama!

November 4, 2008 at 4:29 P.M. Attempts to back-up files left me with a message indicating that "no Internet connection was available and files could not be backed up." This usually means that essays are being vandalized or other hacks in my computer are taking place. I will try, again, to back-up files, then I will try to discover which files have been damaged in order to repair the harm done.

November 4, 2008 at 11:09 A.M. After casting my vote, I struggled through the boggy marsh of cyberharassment to post revisions at Critique. New Jersey censorship and obstructions make writing very difficult. As a result, it is impossible to make progress on a short story that I am writing or anything else. However, I will continue to write. I hope. My friend's letter below was a little odd since I remember his early support for Barack Obama.

November 3, 2008 at 3:44 P.M. I have spent about a half hour trying to post the essay on Bernard Williams at Critique. This essay has been posted five or six times (so far), then "errors" are inserted in the text. I correct them. The same "errors" are then reinserted to maximize frustration and psychological harm. ("What is it like to be tortured?")

This process has continued indefinitely -- for years now -- with predictable effects and in connection with many writings. I was finally able to post the revisions at approximately 4:45 P.M. Calls received on November 3, 2008 at 3:55 P.M. from (201) 648-0406. I wonder who that could be? Senator McCain? Senator Obama? Senator Clinton? Probably just a "friend."

I will do my best to return to my MSN group -- which may or may not be closing in February, 2009 -- and I will re-post this Williams essay. Regrettably, the process may have to be repeated, added to the harassments of simply reaching the site. I will do my best to continue writing and posting essays on-line. I know that there are people who delight in cruelty, who enjoy hurting others, preferably from behind the back and only when victims are less powerful than themselves. I am more horrified to discover the many bystanders whose inaction makes cruelty possible. The item below seems to have caused great difficulties because of the attached link. I wonder how that could be true?

Hi Juan!

Even though it has been a while since we've met, I've been keeping up with your outstanding and always enjoyable essays at Critique on MSN groups. However, it looks like the MSN Groups service will close down in February 2009. Any idea where you will be moving to next?

I'm sorry that you've been having computer trouble. If it is any consolation, I can read your essays fine-- there is not a single one that's defaced, so the problem must be on your machine. I'm going through some computer issues myself-- my system registry is messed up, though I'm dragging my feet about wiping everything out and starting fresh. It would be fun to believe it is Daley, Obama, Farrakhan, Blagojevich, Tony Rezko, Jesse Jackson, and the rest Democrats here in Chicago just messing with me, but their bad behavior dramatically exceeds the nonsense in New Jersey-- they do what they do here *in the open* with impunity. Now we'll soon get a chance to see them in action at the federal level!

Anyway, what have I been up to? I finished my Bachelor's in Physics in 2006, and since then, I've been working in an office, doing meaningless paperwork. Right now I'm doing self-study to switch over to software design, but that's about 6-18mo off. I still keep up with philosophy, writing synopses at http://jhbowden.wordpress.com/. I have many serious essays I want to eventually write, along with a book (Analysis, Synthesis, and Synopsis) though all this will have to wait a year or two until I'm financially situated and more free time opens up.

Best regards,

Jason Bowden

Jason,

I am sorry to learn that MSN Groups is closing. I have no idea where I can move my group. I don't know about "Multiply." Perhaps this will be an option. I have detected some illegal tracking software, letters from "Publish America," and other objective empirical evidence of ... "shenanigans" directed at my sites, which doesn't surprise me. Read the stuff about New Jersey. Say hello to my old friends from the "neighborhood." I seriously doubt that anything comes close to government by the five families of the mafia, which is what exists in New Jersey -- together with thievery on a grand scale.

I was glad to hear from you. I hope that you don't mind if I post your communication. I will look forward to visiting your sites and reading your work. At the moment, I am searching for a publishing option and for alternative on-line venues to put my pots and pans, trinkets and art objects on display. I will sell my wares shamelessly. Any place where I can post images would be nice, disseminating my writings is quite difficult with all the harassment these days. I keep struggling to write and put the work out there, somehow.

Best of luck,

Juan

You Can't Fix Stupid!

October 18, 2008 at 3:22 P.M. I am unable to access my MSN group to post a new essay on Bernard Williams' philosophy. "Errors" continue to be inserted in this text, as I continue to correct them. I will persist in my efforts.

October 18, 2008 at 8:19 A.M. "Errors" continue to be inserted in this text. I continue to make corrections. Have a good one! A good day, that is.

October 17, 2008 at 12:28 P.M. I have been unable to reach Critique, so far today. But the day is young. I will keep trying to do so. Perhaps I will receive another visit from the "Independence Party" or "Publish America." Calls from 760-526-8513 at 11:06 A.M. Several essays at MSN have probably been vandalized. I will do my best to make all necessary corrections as quickly as possible. Calls from Time Warner, but no answer when I pick up: October 17, 2008 at 10:53 A.M. from 718-358-0900; 6:59 P.M. from 718-358-0900. How curious?

October 16, 2008 at 7:23 P.M. I just received a call from 917-822-2142 in connection, I was told, with the effort to stop the city from moving the wonderful Center School Middle School from its present location -- an effort to prevent that move that I support. Attempts to reach my group immediately after this call (when I provided my e-mail address) resulted in denials of access to my group at MSN. I am sure that this is just a coincidence. I will struggle to return to my site and correct any defacements or vandalism of my writings that have suddenly appeared in my work. (Please notice carefully whether damage is done to these writings while I am away.)

October 15, 2008 at 6:39 P.M. After three attempts, I am unable to access my MSN account and group. I will persist in my efforts to do so. I will continue to run scans, struggling to write every day. (See "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

October 15, 2008 at 12:02 P.M. I was obstructed a couple times in my efforts to reach MSN. I will continue to struggle to do so. Writing an essay on Bernard Williams under such circumstances is very difficult. I will continue to write it anyway. Please see "Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey," also "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey." Hackers may access my accounts to tamper with these writings at any time.

October 14, 2008 at 8:03 A.M. My cyberwar with the N.J. Mafia continues, as the final Presidential debate is telecast tonight. (Tomorrow ?) Latinos can count on a talking dog from Beverly Hills in recognition of our political status. We have finally arrived. I was denied access to the Internet or "Ethernet" from about 10:00 A.M. until approximately 1:00 P.M. Only two essays at Critique appear to have been altered, so far, but I will keep checking to see what other damage has been done today.

October 13, 2008 at 7:03 P.M. A notice was just posted in my building indicating that cable service, affecting my computer, would be interrupted tomorrow, from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., which is surprising since I never received a call or written notice from Time Warner informing me of this interruption. Regular maintenance? Probably just a coincidence. In the event that I cannot regain access to my sites, I will try to find a public computer.

October 13, 2008 at 11:21 A.M. a new attack against my computer system requires me to run scans for the second time this morning. I will try to reach my MSN group later to determine what damage has been done, how many essays have been vandalized, then to make all necessary corrections. Perhaps those new indictments in New Jersey will finally be anounced. (See "Ethical Newspeak in Lucky Luciano's Havana" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

I do not know whether I will be able to continue writing for a while. However, I will try to do so. Call received this morning from 760-204-8405 at 10:55 A.M.

October 12, 2008 at 1:11 P.M. Several essays at Critique were damaged, apparently several at this blog also, with the goal of maximizing frustration in order to induce collapse. (See "What is it like to be tortured?" and "The Long Goodbye.") I will struggle to make all necessary corrections as soon as possible.

October 8, 2008 at 4:22 P.M. Efforts to reach my MSN group were obstructed just now. I will continue to attempt to reach that site throughout the day today, then again tomorrow. I can never say whether I will be able to write again. If I am able to do so, then I will examine the U.S. decision to grant a special license to Ramon Raul Sanchez Rizo to send supposed "humanitarian assistance" to Cuba.

Cuba has classified Mr. Sanchez Rizo as a "terrorist" after several incidents in which Cubans and Cuban interests were victims, including the destruction of a civilian airliner, allegedly, in which 73 persons on board were killed -- including Americans. I expect that N.J.'s protected hackers will try to destroy my computer, probably by using N.J. governmental resources or Florida facilities. I will do my best to continue writing.

In the event that I experience an unfortunate "lethal accident," please see "Denuncia concession de Estados Unidos a terrorista anticubano," http://www.prensa-latina.cu/print.asp?ID={c9F89683-4878-4F92-8C8B-7E2C34EBED08})&language=... (Accents are not available on this keyboard).

If these allegations against Mr. Rizo are accurate, then the U.S. decision is comparable to Pakistan making Ossama bin Laden a special envoy to the U.S. for humanitarian assistance. You cannot beat up ideas. You do not prove you are correct about something by preventing a person from speaking or writing on-line. (See "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" at my much-attacked MSN group, Critique.)

October 8, 2008 at 10:26 A.M. I am always concerned that cyberstalkers will prevent my regaining access to these blogs, especially after a week such as this. I will do my best to continue writing from somewhere. Any assistance that you can provide to federal authorities concerning corruption in New Jersey government and law will be deeply appreciated.

As Garden State state workers' pension funds disappear into the "Twilight Zone," jobs vanish -- along with public revenue stolen by crooked politicians and judges -- while N.J.'s hapless victims of corruption trudge on to the Turnpike and Parkway where tolls are rising, even as service as well as maintenance is declining, thanks to more corruption in state politics and tainted courts. The place just takes your breath away -- literally, from all the putrid stench escaping from the N.J. Supreme Court's chambers.

"New Jersey -- Come See for Yourself!" N.J.'s "slogan" cost $250,000 and was used for 6 months. For $20.00 and all the doughnuts I can eat, I'll give them a better slogan. They can use it as long as they like: "Did something die? Or are we in New Jersey?" Badda-bing, badda-boom!

Alfred W. McCoy, "Propagating Torture," in CIA Interrogation -- From the Cold War to the War on Terror (New York: Henry Holt, 2006), pp. 60-107, especially pp. 80-87. (Development of psychological torture in Latin America by CIA-trained forces that are now used in the so-called against persons in the U.S., I believe, and in the "War on Terror.")

As I write this essay, I've spent several days frustrated by cyberstalkers enjoying the protection of an American jurisdiction in the commission of their crimes against me -- crimes like suppressing and censoring a tortured dissident's speech. Today, obstacles and hackers prevent me from accessing my hotmail account or MSN group, Critique. I cannot post images at these blogs. My books will not be sent to online booksellers. I do not know whether I have valid ISBN numbers for those books.

I will continue to struggle against all forms of cyberstalking and -warfare. Eventually -- either from my home computer or a public computer -- I'll get to post my writings and images online. Years of this kind of frustration and stress- or anxiety-inducement, combined with well-planned economic and social harm, allow a person to develop superb resistance skills -- if one survives.

Many persons do not survive emotional torments for long. Such tactics have become a routine feature of life for inmates in America's prisons and for many others in society who are deemed sufficiently "interesting" to warrant torture. Genius, unusual creativity, or just "abnormality" is are categories of guilt in the United States of America or at least in New Jersey. American psychologists are experts in the techniques of hurting and (perhaps) even killing people by means of psychological methods. The persons who do such things for money disapprove of my ethics. I disapprove of their ethics. Did you torture many Arabs, Terry? Still like the ladies -- especially unconscious ones -- Diana?

The devastation and long-term emotional harm suffered by victims (I shudder to think of what is done to women inmates, routinely, in American women's prisons) is a matter of indifference to the monsters experimenting on unwilling and powerless persons. You have no ethics at N.J.'s OAE. Hence, your opinions of my character and ethics are, and will remain, of utter indifference to me. The people I am dealing with -- N.J.'s government lawyers, I believe, and social scientists -- don't care that state action to suppress speech and conspiracies to violate a victim's civil rights happen to be federal crimes and unconstitutional. These crimes continue to be committed, publicly.

As long as N.J.'s minions can claim "plausible denial," meaning that they can LIE and hope to be believed, they have no hesitation about resorting to such despicable tactics. Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, A.G. Anne Milgram, Gov. Jon S. Corzine -- all seem incapable of "controlling the situation" or halting the abuse and daily human rights violations, taking place PUBLICLY. Such officials may even cooperate with these efforts to undermine my Constitutional rights, which is also to undermine every other person's rights.

This continuing situation is a sad comment on the hypocrisy and lie that is now, too often, America's legal system. Each day that this nightmare scripted by Kafka continues, New Jersey's legal system and befouled judiciary will suffer a further denigration and loss of respect. No wonder there is so much unfair and dangerous antiamericanism in the world. This is not what the U.S. legal system was intended to be. How does someone like Anne Milgram become "Attorney General" anywhere?

It may help to illustrate the flawed reasoning in all efforts at "conditioning responses" based on behaviorist methods that are still popular with U.S. government officials and so-called intelligence agents, like the men and women who should have prevented the 9/11 attacks, to focus on U.S.-Bolivian relations:

"Bolivia has become markedly less cooperative with American counternarcotics efforts, as evidenced by a large increase in coca cultivation. And Mr. Morales regularly stokes anti-Yankee sentiment to undercut his opposition and divert attention from his government's poor performance." -- A poor performance for which the U.S. probably bears some blame! -- "Last month, Mr. Morales expelled the American Ambassador Philip Goldberg."

People resent the American "kick in the ass" approach to eliciting desired conduct from victims. Even when leaders appear to be cooperating or smile to our faces, they are assisting America's enemies from behind the scenes, hoping to harm us as pay-back for such "conditioning." Pakistan? I certainly resent brutality and censorship, or other "conditioning" when it is directed at me, why should we be surprised when others feel the same way? 18 or 20 intrusion attempts today, so far, 10 viruses or security risks identified, obstructions and more cyberwarfare. (For my experiences with N.J.'s version of Dr. Mengele, see "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

I will continue to resist and struggle against such efforts, redirecting them at the criminal legal system from which they come. I wonder who is getting indicted next in Trenton? Keep your fingers crossed. Maybe it'll be Senator Bob. To suggest that my non-criminal "weird" behavior ten years ago that was generated, deliberately, by such torturers somehow excuses these crimes committed against me, today or even then, is absurd. On the basis on "transferred intent" in criminal law, it makes N.J.'s culpability against me and others, much worse. Distraught effects are predictable in a torture chamber and attributable to torturers, not their victims. Even those pretending to cooperate with such conditioning will act, secretly, against would-be conditioners. For example, Latin America is on the verge of exploding against U.S. interests:

"Mr. Morales doesn't tire of saying that Bolivia will neither 'retreat nor submit' to Washington's will, and he has been [developing] relations with Iran and Venezuela. After Bolivia was classified as 'uncooperative' with American anti-drug efforts last month, the government in La Paz said it would seek help -- and military helicopters -- from Russia instead. Last week, it rejected an American request to fly an anti-drug plane over Bolivian territory."

Antiamericanism is increasing in Brazil, Central America, even Mexico. Will it take a tragedy for people in the U.S. to understand that you cannot "condition" persons into opinions or actions that you like, certainly not for very long? I hope not. The long-term effects of such efforts at conditioning will always be much worse than the original problem that you are seeking to resolve. You will CREATE ENEMIES by using these tactics. How much has N.J. spent on torture efforts against me since 1988? Millions?

Mysteriously, even though I am one of those unintelligent Latinos, my writings may be suggestive to thinkers in a number of fields. One sentence that sheds new light on a difficult problem or set of issues justifies my writing effort. By censoring me, suppressing my books and/or seeking to "destroy my mind" (Tuchin, Riccioli), a message is sent to the world that the U.S. is as totalitarian as any other country when it comes to dissidents in American society -- unless such dissidents are coopted graduates of, say, Yale University.

You make America's championing of free speech and human rights in the world as well as the U.S. Constitution a cruel lie by continued tortures and censorship aimed at me. I will never stop fighting for my rights. I will not be censored nor will I sanction the crimes committed against me by Trenton officials and/or their hirelings. I will continue to write.

More New Jersey Democrats Accused of Corruption!

September 17, 2008 at 5:49 P.M. I was just obstructed, once again, in accessing my MSN group. I will continue to struggle to post my essay dealing with George E. Norcross, III and N.J.'s corrupt politics. Any word from the Menendez grand jury? I will do my best to repair any harm done to essays during this interval.

September 17, 2008 at 4:08 P.M. an earlier message was somehow lost. Difficulties today have made it impossible to write. Essays have been vandalized, several times, and access to the Internet has been affected. Attempted revisions of this work could not be posted. My home e-mail is obstructed. I receive an "error" notice as drafts are altered at my computer. I received a call as I was working on this statement at 12:55 P.M. on September 17, 2008.

Probably just a coincidence.I will now repeat my earlier message of concern for the victims of the hurricane in Cuba. The U.S. offer of $100,000.00 with strings attached was rightly rejected by the Cubans, who continue to insist on their independence. They would prefer to purchase the equipment they need to make necessary repairs themselves. With a lifting of the embargo for six months, they could do all that needs to be done. I think the embargo should be lifted permanently.

Unfortunately, saying this means further censorship and attacks against these essays from N.J. government computers and state agencies. However, this truth must be stated. Right-wing anti-Castro groups can only offer Cuba much worse than what exists on the island today. The sadism directed against me made possible by N.J. corruption makes this clear. You cannot beat up ideas. Threatening me will not alter these facts, taking letters out of my sentences or other alterations of these writings will not change these facts.

September 16, 2008 at 9:45 A.M. I spent about thirty minutes trying to post a revision of an essay at Critique -- a revision required by the reinsertion of a previously corrected "error" in that essay. I was prevented from doing any writing by obstructions and harassment. I will fight to get back to my MSN group at some time today and to do that revising. Meanwhile, I will post this essay about a recent federal bust of more New Jersey Democrats for corruption as part of ongoing federal investigations.

Senator Bob is reportedly next. We'll see whether Bob gets indicted. (See "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Anybody seen the New Jersey state pension funds? New Jersey state employees probably will not see them. Right, Richard J. Codey? George E. Norcross, III? A second attempt to work at my MSN group (10:25 A.M.) was also unsuccessful due to obstructions. I will devote the rest of the day to working on and finishing my essay on George E. Norcross, III. I will then spend the day -- or week, if necessary -- trying to post that new essay at Critique.

Whenever I am denied access to my own sites by hackers, it means that errors are inserted in Constitutionally- and copyright-protected writings. I will make corrections of whatever essays have been damaged this morning as soon as I am able to regain access to my group. Please tell your friends in law enforcement about these crimes committed, publicly, by (I am sure) the authorities in an American jursidiction, N.J., which is now the most CORRUPT place in the United States of America. This hideous public spectacle degrades and dishonors the nation and all who have given their lives for the freedoms protected by the Constitution betrayed by men and women in judicial robes near Trenton, New Jersey.

Do you wish to obstruct my Internet access now? How about taking a letter out of something I've written to induce frustration? I will keep fighting.

"U.S. Accuses 2 in Bergen Of Corruption," in The New York Times, September 10, 2008, at p. B5.

"NEWARK (AP) -- The influential chairman of the Bergen County Democratic Organization and a party lawyer have been indicted on federal corruption charges.

"Hey, that's not unethical," according to the OAE. Corruption is peachy-keen in New Jersey. This politically-connected lawyer is not a minority solo practioner who challenges the political boss system. We don't care about that guy. We'll also let Paul Bergrin slide and look the other way at possible child molestation when it comes to Neil M. Cohen, Esq., or the alleged participation in "shenanigans" by the juiced-up De Cottiis firm. Right, fellas?

What's a BILLION DOLLARS "lost" to the taxpayers? Nothing. (See "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

"United States Attorney Christopher J. Christie announced the indictments of party chairman Joseph A. Ferreiro, and Democrat lawyer, Dennis Oury, on Tuesday."

I remember Dennis. I believe we may have some mutual friends, Dennis. (See "An Open Letter to My Torturers, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" as well as "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

"The eight-count indictment charges them with conspiring to defraud the Borough of Bergenfield and using the mail to further their scheme."

That's an old trick in New Jersey. I wonder whether these guys are challenging Hudson County for corruption capital of the state and nation? If so, they have a long way to go in Bergen County. The Bergen County courthouse is the biggest "clubhouse-courthouse" in the state.

See "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" as well as "New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester."

In Bergen County Family Court some lawyers strolled into the judge's chambers and enjoyed ex parte chats with the same judges expected to decide controversies "on the merits." Some firms seemed to have "access to the backstage stuff"; other firms did not. Political favors? Cash in envelopes? A little of both?

No wonder I am prevented from accessing my own web sites this morning. They don't want you to know this stuff."

The investigation focused on their dealings as partners in a firm, Government Grants Consulting" -- the name says it all! -- "that did business with a number of local governments in northern New Jersey.

"You getting nervous, Alex? Senator "Bob"?"

The indictment charges that the two men conspired to conceal Mr. Oury's interest in the grant-writing firm from officials in Bergenfield, which employed Mr. Oury as borough attorney. His dual role posed a conflict of interest, prosecutors contend."

You're really getting nervous, huh?"

Federal agents raided the law offices of the two men last month, carting out boxes of documents."

Where's Anne Milgram? Jon S. Corzine? "Chief Justice" Stuart Rabner?"

Mr. Ferreirro is a partner at the law firm of Scarinsci Hollenbeck in Lyndhurst. [emphasis added! -- right, Senator Bob?] Mr. Oury works at a law office in Hackensack. Mr. Ferreiro took a leave of absence as party chairman last week, citing legal difficulties."

There's some legal difficulties coming for more of you in Trenton and Hudson as well as Bergen Counties, very soon."Mr. Oury and Mr. Ferreiro are to surrender to the authorities on Wednesday."

Hey, Senator Robert "Bob" a.k.a. "Roberto" Menendez. (How's the babe, "BobbyM"?) How's it shaking "Big Pappa"? $1,500.00 still help to smooth the "process" in Union City? $2,500? I wonder why I can't write at my MSN group in peace? You would be amazed at what I have gone through to post this essay.

The boys are represented by some pretty good mouth pieces. Joe Hayden, reputedly and allegedly, himself a political animal who is not averse to "public legal work" is going to (as lawyers say) "come up with something to say" for Ferreiro. Gerald Krovatin, attorney for many "alleged" underworld figures, will put in a good word for Mr. Oury. Cash up front, fellas. These guys ain't gonna walk.

New Jersey's judiciary may be the most corrupt in the nation, "looking the other way" at daily censorship efforts against little-old-me along with the destruction of the old "Philosophy Cafe," judges often accept bribes and sexual favors for doing nothing. They're good at doing nothing.

OAE? DRB? AG? Naaa ... These crooks are contributors to the Democratic Party in N.J. Nothing happens to them.

No Charges for N.J. Lawmaker With Child Porn!

Due to all the computer harassment today, I may be unable to post new items and essays may be vandalized, again. This usually means new indictments are forthcoming in New Jersey. At any time, damage to my computer may prevent me from writing. These essays may be destroyed. August 1, 2008 at 11:25 A.M. (See "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" as well as "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

I am working on "George E. Norcross, III and New Jersey's Feces-Stained Politics" along with "Union City's Corrupt Municipal Government and Court." I look forward to many more years of focusing on corruption, incompetence and criminality in the New Jersey legal system. (See "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" as well as "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

If damage to my computer prevents me from writing, I will make use of public computers for "hit and run" guerilla warfare against New Jersey's corrupt power-structure.

"Lawmaker Quits Amid Inquiry Over Photos," in The New York Times, July 29, 2008, at p. B5.

"MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (AP) -- A New Jersey assemblyman, NEIL M. COHEN, resigned from the Legislature on Monday, four days after it was reported that he was suspected of possessing child pronography and that an investigation was under way."

Mr. Cohen specialized in matrimonial work where he contributed to decisions concerning the welfare of children and family law matters.

As of this writing, no legal ethics charges have been brought against this allegedly corrupt, child molesting attorney and former member of the "Ethics Committee" of the "New Jersey Bar Association" -- also allegedly. Mentioning "Ethics" and "New Jersey lawyers" in the same sentence may be a contradiction in terms.

What a heel-of-a-guy, good old Neil M. Cohen must be! Close as he can be to "Slim Jim" McGreevey (they say) and "Shyster Ray" Lesniak as well as "Slippery Joe" Cryan, but obnoxious and rude to underlings. It is true that planting child porn in someone's home is a time-tested technique of political revenge in New Jersey favored by the Hudson County machine and Senator Bob, allegedly.

Like cops who toss a handgun next to one of their African-American murder victims on the Turnpike, mafia guys get rid of rivals in the political world (or a rare honest professional) with behind-the-back-frame-ups. Mr. Cohen's questionable move in checking into a psychiatric facility and Cohen's proximity to the likes of Lesniak and Cryan suggest that Cohen is as guilty as sin -- allegedly, of course.

I wonder why New Jersey is so closely associated by law enforcement with child prostitution, child porn, mafia activities in government circles, along with a viciously corrupt and sold out judiciary?

Any more "errors" you want to insert in my writings? Do you speak to me of "ethics," Mr. Rabner? (See "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

"The clerk of the Assembly received a one sentence letter from Mr. Cohen just before 9:30 A.M. Monday. Mr. Cohen said his resignation was effective immediately, but did not offer any explanation."

Cohen is said to be aware of the activities of other prominent New Jersey officials sharing his alleged "proclivities," including members of the judiciary. Anne Milgram will neither confirm nor deny her prior "socializing" with Mr. Cohen or other members of New Jersey's Legislature. Does Ms. Milgram's share Mr. Cohen's tastes?

How chummy with the reportedly "short-eyed" Mr. Cohen are Stuart Rabner? Debbie Poritz? Sybil Moses? Terry Tuchin? Richard J. Codey? Roberto "Big Pappa" Menendez? We do not know. Debbie's alleged friendship with Diana is a little worrisome.

Three days of obstacles and harassments have accompanied my writing efforts. I will make certain to work today on my essays dealing with Mr. Norcross and the disgusting history of Union City's disappearing public funds.

Do you wish to block one of the images in my essays? It may be wiser to leave those philosophical essays alone. 12 essays vandalized (so far!), more warfare is coming.

"He has not been charged with a crime."

Why charge an alleged child molester with crimes when people who piss on the sidewalk are worthy of execution as a distraction from the sewer that is New Jersey's legal system? No reason. What the hell? Let's go out and spend some of the $300 MILLION scooped by Jaynee. (See again: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

"Colleagues who use the same legislative district office as Mr. Cohen, 57, a Democrat, said last week that they told law enforcement authorities about images of child pornography found on his computer."

Is it true that Cohen is threatening to expose judges in on the so-called "child porn scam"?

"Assemblyman Joseph Cryan, who shared a district office with Mr. Cohen, said the investigation began after a staff member in the Union Township office found a printout of a nude GIRL, possibly in her early teens OR YOUNGER."

I wonder whether the child was overweight? Mr. Cohen is said to be very weight conscious, sugesting to young women that they need to "lose weight." Cohen likes pre-teen "chicks," huh Diana? Is it true that you N.J. "people" supply child victims to "politicians' -- allegedly, for a small fee? It is a "real job" being a New Jersey Legislator, isn't it?

"Mr. Cryan and State Senator Raymond J. Lesniak said they referred the case to the state attorney general's office. Peter Aseltine, a spokesman for the attorney general said the office does not comment on whether it is investigating cases."

Allegations that the matter has been "fixed," either by Cohen or his friends Poritz and Rabner, are not confirmed.

"Mr. Cryan said that Mr. Cohen remained hospitalized for psychaitric treatment on Monday."

Gee, I wonder why it took so long for the Times to run this story, with an AP by-line no less? Favors for N.J. friends of Mr. Cohen?

"Mr. Cohen, a divorce lawyer, served in the Asembly in 1990 and 91' and continually since 1994."

Is New Jersey an Anything Goes Prison?

June 10, 2008 at 8:18 A.M. For the past hour or so, I have been trying to access my MSN group in order to write essays for today. At this time, I am unable to do so. My cable signal was blocked, briefly, this morning and attempts to print items from my computer left me with a blank page bearing this address:

http://ad.doubleclick.net/adj/N3285.msn_CUSA/B2343920.20sz=300x250;ord=438962351? (Cuban American National Foundation? Appellate Division, NJ, where several judges are probably affiliated with this organization?)

This is the second day this week when I have been unable to write. It is impossible to tell at this time how much damage has been done to essays. I will continue to struggle.

June 9, 2008 at 4:40 P.M. I am running scans, trying to back up files, struggling against the usual harassments. I may be unable to write today. However, I will keep trying until I can do some more work.

June 7, 2008 at 11:20 A.M. My updating feature is blocked again. I will struggle to run scans all day. I will attempt to repair any harm done to essays, here or at Critique. I may be unable to write very much, until these obstacles can be overcome. However, I will spend part of every day trying to write. I wonder whether things are this difficult for writers in Cuba?

June 5, 2008 at 10:46 A.M. My security system's updating feature, which had been briefly restored, was just blocked AGAIN. I am unable to update my security system. This means that there will be new attacks on my writings, defacements, obstructions to further writing efforts. I will keep struggling to write every day. I am blocking:

June 5, 2008 at 8:51 A.M. "errors" were inserted in a number of posts overnight. I am blocking:

How gratifying to think that New Jersey judges are interested in quantum theory and postmodernist philosophy, fractals, to say nothing of the philosophy of mathematical objects in abstract spaces. (See "'The Prestige': A Movie Review.") At 9:33 A.M. call received from 219-710-8185.

June 4, 2008 at 2:55 P.M. after fighting obstacles to post new work at my msn group, being prevented from doing so, struggling against computer attacks, I will try re-starting my computer. Scans provide little assistance since my system cannot be updated, after alterations by hackers. I will do my best to continue writing somewhere. All of this is familiar to me and to readers of these essays. This tolerance of cybercensorship is both sad and frightening for America. I am blocking:

At 1:23 P.M. call received from 760-526-8117. At 4:48 P.M. My fraud protection is gone. I will try to restore it.

June 4, 2008 at 8:48 A.M. My Internet signal was obstructed this morning. This blockage frustrated efforts to access my blogs. I am unable to update my security system because, I surmise, hackers are also blocking my normal updating feature. I will continue to struggle to write freely.

Access to these blogs was obstructed for hours yesterday, June 2, 2008. At 3:09 P.M. calls were received from 402-727-2510. June 3, 2008 at 8:49 A.M. calls from 616-980-2305. (More harassment and difficulties working at my msn group this morning will make it difficult for me to do any new work.) I was in the middle of reading one of my essays when I was obstructed from my msn group. I will struggle to get back to that site. This usually means that new "errors" are being inserted in my work. I will do my best to make all necessary corrections.

"A hooded prisoner standing on a box with wires dangling from his outspread arms. A pyramid made of human beings, stacked like cordwood, one on top of another. A woman holding what looks like a dog leash attached to a groveling prisoner. A naked prisoner cringing before a snarling police dog. Such heinous pictures have become iconic images of the war in Iraq: gruesome symbols of what went wrong with the war and the occupation."

I am afraid that the reality only partly depicted in those infamous photos is much more troublesome than even this statement suggests. The events depicted in those horrifying photos make it clear that Americans can no longer entertain illusions concerning their "exceptionalism." The American experiment in democracy was once viewed as the "last best hope for humanity." Not too many people are expressing such sentiments today.

The loss of this sense of our unique identity and moral dignity is much sadder (to me) than any terrorist incident could ever be -- despite the tragic nature of such terrorist crimes and their casualties. For the greatest casualty of our so-called "War on Terror" may well be the Constitutional system put in place by our Founding Fathers and Mothers at the birth of the nation.

"... As Lt. Gen. Ricardo S. Sanchez, former commander of coalition forces in Iraq, notes in his new memoir, 'Wiser in Battle' (Harper), the 2002 presidential memo concerning Geneva 'constituted a watershed event in U.S. military history.' ..."

"Essentially, it set aside all of the legal constraints, training guidelines and rules for interrogation that formed the U.S. Army's foundation for the treatment of prisoners on the battlefield since the Geneva conventions were revised and ratified in 1949,' General Sanchez writes. '... that guidance set America on a path towards torture.' ..."

"Within days of 9/11, Vice President Dick Chenney declared that the administration intended to work 'the dark side,' and in the ensuing months, Mr. Gourevitch writes, 'the vice president's legal counsel, David Addington, presided over the production of a series of secret memorandums, which argued against several centuries of American executive practice and constitutional jurisprudence by asserting that the president enjoyed essentially absolute power in wartime, including the authority to sanction torture." (emphasis added)

This is, of course, a prescription for tyranny and dictatorship. If anything may be described as a breach of legal ethics, then it must be Mr. Addington's use of his skills and training to undermine America's Constitution. No doubt Mr. Addington will be appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court in a future Republican presidential administration. Cognitive dissonance is unavoidable when the issue of legal ethics is raised in my presence. This is one of many days when attacks on my security system and computer will make it very difficult for me to write or revise my work on-line. My updating feature is blocked, again. I will run scans all day to keep going.

There have been American war crimes in "undeclared wars" or military actions -- Mi Lai, for example (yes, there are several spellings of this place name) -- but what is unique and frightening about the nation's current psychic state is the appalling collective indifference and celebration of cruelty and inhumanity as aspects of national foreign policy. There is no outrage among the vast majority of Americans at the tortures for which we are responsible. There is an obvious indifference to the horrors depicted in those Abu Ghraib photos, even to the murder of hundreds of thousands or millions. I say "we" -- as a nation -- bear responsibility for this atrocity, an unrecognized responsibility. (See "What is it like to be tortured?" and the fothcoming "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

It is undisputed that we must now speak of more than a million civilian as well as military casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yet even the daily killing of American soldiers barely registers on the numbed sensibilities of television viewing Americans. Are those million-plus lives of innocent children, old people, civilians making us safer in the "War on Terror"? I doubt it. Are we not in danger of becoming the "terror" for billions of others throughout the world? Will we not face the rage of survivors of our war effort who are not pleased at the murder of their loved-ones? At what point will we have revenged the killing of several thousand victims on 9/11 with the murder of millions of "little brown people" since that date and deaths of thousands of American military people, every day? (Noise and distractions have suddenly arrived at my window.)

The earthquake in China was a blip on newscasts yesterday where the lead stories concerned the possible winner on America's Next Top Model and a newscaster cursing over the airwaves. This brutalization of America's political and moral culture is not unrelated to the sort of television programs that are popular -- American Gladiators, Survivor, America's Next Top Model, along with many other "shows" seem to depict a nation celebrating ruthlessness in competition and a near total absence of ethical constraints on self-interested conduct. It is usually such brutal persons who speak to us of "ethics." Ethics? (See "Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

New Jersey's mafia-saturated tribunals, for example, have sanctioned grotesque tortures of jail inmates as well as secret violations of citizens' rights, which must have been known to the highest authorities in the state entrusted with preventing such criminality and upholding the Constitution's promise of civil liberties for everyone. No one cares. Less than a century after the events of the Holocaust, Stalin's purges, Pol Pot, Rwanda, and the recent atrocities in the former Yugoslavia evoke only a yawn among young people: "Each day that the cover-up of crimes against humanity continues is a renewal of the tortures." (See "A Letter From the DRB, in New Jersey!" and "Another Letter From the DRB, in New Jersey!")

In coming to understand what makes such horror possible and how it can be that persons, willingly, abandon their humanity in crowds, one is forced into the presence of the mystery of evil just as surely as men and women were forced to face this abyss after the events of the Second World War. We are still baffled and numbed at what is possible for ordinary men and women in dark times. (See "How to be a Politician or a Lawyer in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

"In the nascent American republic," George Steiner writes, "Thoreau found most of his fellow citizens living lives of 'quiet desperation.' Today, these desperations grow raucous and impatient. I have had neither the compulsion nor the courage to enter politics. In Aristotelean terms, such abstention amounts to idiocy. It gives to the thugs, the corrupt, and the mediocre every incentive and opportunity to take over."

In New Jersey -- perhaps as a result of a failure of nerve on the part of judges -- they have taken over. The daily criminalities emanating from police officers and government agencies are clearly beyond the control of the authorities. This means that, within a short time, in the worst jurisdictions -- like the Garden State -- men with guns will wield the real power. Laws and those concerned with their application will be marginalized and indulged, until they become troublesome -- when these statutes and legal functionaries will simply be removed through smears in the media or by means of hypnosis-induced interrogations, or possibly by being confronted with embarassments in their private lives. America has turned into the Weimar Republic.

Men with guns and big muscles (but small brains) tend to dislike subtle arguments and abstract ideas. They are impatient with language and its elusive beauties as well as revelations. More can be accomplished quickly by beating up a person, whether that person is a criminal or not. In fact, a concern with such subtleties and laws -- or even bothering to establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt -- may reveal the very "abnormality" that must not be tolerated by the protectors of America's "goodness." Meanwhile, dissent and squeamishness about the "dark side" is a sure sign that persons deserve a beating -- or worse, hesitating to resort to violence may be an indication of male homosexuality. Freedom is not for everyone. Freedom may not be for anyone in such a "carceral continuum." (Michel Foucault) Enslavement and preventive imprisonment, according to Fascists, may be for the victim's "own good."

"The sum of my politics is to try and support whatever social order is capable of reducing, even marginally, the aggregate of hatred and pain in the human circumstance. And which allows privacy and excellence breathing space."

Compassion and solidarity may be seen as evidence of "softness" (male anxieties of the Freudian sort are clear in the use of such a word) in response to crime. One is embarassed to read that:

"The Enlightenment, voices as clairvoyant as Voltaire's and Jefferson's, had proclaimed an end to judicial torture, to the burning of dissenters and of books. [To all Star Chamber-like 'secret proceedings.'] The abolition of slavery was imminent. Nineteenth century positivism and a spectrum of liberal and of socialist messianic programs, Marxism foremost among them, had envisioned mankind on a long, sometimes tortuous, but inherently certain march towards political emancipation, social justice, economic well-being, and peace (whose universality Kant had deemed a realistic concept)." (Steiner)

No one expresses such hopes today. "Hope" on the part of Senator Barak Omaba is enough for Mr. Carville to refer to the Senator from Illinois as "not manly enough." Is that sort of accusation not what Senator Clinton's candidacy was meant to eradicate? I thought so. My sense of despair and sadness is heavy today. At the same time, my commitment to struggle against this drift towards totalitarianism is iron-like and indestructible. Resort to the race card, challenges to the masculinity of "liberals" (what if they're women?), wedge politics, and other disgusting campaign tactics I hoped would be left behind cause me to wonder, again, about what we have become in the aftermath of 9/11:

"It is up to us to determine whether to foster racial hatreds and prejudices. It is up to us whether we learn from the Holocaust of Europe and apply what we learn to our own lives. It is up to us to develop a truly democratic nation where we and our children can live without bickering, without hatreds, emotionally secure because we are" -- or we will finally become -- "an emotionally mature nation." Bob Ingle & Sandy McClure, The Soprano State: New Jersey's Culture of Corruption (New York: St. Martin's, 2008), pp. 226-232. (La Cosa Nostra a.k.a. Mafia in New Jersey.)

"After years of legal and political wrangling and HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PUBLIC MONEY, the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission voted Wednesday to end its relationship with a developer that wanted to build thousands of homes and a golf course atop several landfills." (emphasis added)

Millions in public dollars were turned over to this entity that did nothing before Mr. Trump's involvement -- which came too late to rescue this catastrophe. New Jersey law firms and individual attorneys have played a disgraceful and visibly corrupt role in this obvious swindle of a fortune from the tax payers as corrupt politicians, bosses, and fat cats sit back and chuckle. OAE? DRB? AG? Talk to me about "ethics"? Go ahead, Jaynee. Tell me how "ethical" you are.

Senator Robert "Bob" Menendez has not confirmed any friendship with these lawyers. Ms. Licausi (the Senator's former ... "assistant") is apparently representing "Xanadu" development, as a lobbyist. Xanadu may or may not be associated with the same cast of players. It is too soon to tell at this early stage of inquiries into that "Xanadu" matter. I will keep you posted on developments, even as I struggle against censorship efforts emanating, I suspect, from Trenton's "ethical" legal officials who have sworn to uphold my Constitutional rights and to obey all federal laws. (A forthcoming essay is entitled: "Senator Menendez and the Mafia.")

Senator Robert, a.k.a. "Bob," a.k.a. "Roberto," Menendez (how's the "Babe," Bobby?) says "on the one hand" we should not be too hasty about judging the EnCap Golf and Xanadu projects, but "on the other hand" Menendez favors responsible public expenditures. That's very helpful. Thanks, "BobbyM."

No lawyer -- not one -- who is a part of these shenanigans is being disbarred, according to press accounts. Not one of them is subjected to secret questioning under hypnosis or drugging concerning the whereabouts of the people's money. No lawyers for politically connected firms are held to account for their lies to finagle and scam your money for their clients and themselves. I wonder why? How much did the dirty lawyers kick back to the OAE? DRB? AG? Stuart Rabner?

"... in a resolution approved on Wednesday, the commission said that although EnCap had made progress cleaning the landfills, it 'has failed to demonstrate that it will be able to achieve the necessary financing.' ..."

"In a separate letter to Mr. Trump, Robert A. ROMANO, an assistant attorney general for New Jersey, said that EnCap still needed $125 MILLION to finish closing the landfill."

It seems that gold is being used to close this landfill. (See "Jay ROMANO and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

"A Cherokee spokesman, Tim White, said the company was 'extremely disappointed' by the commission's decision."

Alleged "anonymous" threats to "break commissioners' legs" were unconfirmed. The EnCap fiasco was viewed by Mary Jane Cooper, the state inspector general, as an example of New Jersey lawyers "deliberately misleading several government agencies."

Lying? Is that ethical, John? No, then how come nobody gives a shit in Trenton? Too political? Intimidated, huh, boys and girls? Is Debbie or Stuart getting a piece of this pie? A lot of New Jersey judges are corrupt or on the take, which is not "unethical" for New Jersey judges. Ain't that weird?

"In a 277 page report, Ms. Cooper said that she had discovered 'significant misrepresentation of qualifications and financial support on behalf of the private company contracted to perform the remediation and redevelopment of the Meadowlands project.' ..."

You mean those lawyers LIED?! Wow, no kidding? Mafia members are getting fat on the people's money in New Jersey. Give 'em a call in Trenton. Tell them how much you appreciate all they're doing for you. Where's the A.G.? DRB? OAE? We can see the LCN?

The New Jersey State Commission of Investigation (SCI) has reported that at least seven (7) "La Cosa Nostra [LCN] families operate in New Jersey:

"BRUNO: Based primarily in Philadelphia and South Jersey [Camden?] 'it has been decimated by factional violence, internal treachery and a succession of wide-ranging state and federal prosecutions.' ..."

"BONANO: 'As recently as 2002, a number of law enforcement authorities characterized the group as the most stable LCN faction in the New York/New Jersey region.' ..."

Bonano family members are prominent, allegedly, in New Jersey's Bar Association and Municipal positions of authority and (probably) the Garden State's judiciary. These highly "ethical persons" decide on the ethics of others. (See again: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," as well as "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

"COLOMBO: 'More than 40 members and associates are active in New Jersey. ... The group occasionally coordinates criminal activities with other LCN groups and has participated in sophisticated schemes involving motor fuel tax evasion and securities fraud.' The longtime head of the family, the late Giuseppe 'Old Joe' Profaci, owned a 328-acre estate in Central Jersey."

Near Woodbridge? Any association between "Old Joe" and "Slim Jim" McGreevey is unconfirmed at this time. Maybe they like to play checkers on Tuesdays?

"DECAVALCANTE: Based in Union County's [heard of them, "Shyster Ray"?] Elizabeth, and also known as the 'Jersey Family,' this is the only group indigenous to the Garden State" -- with many judges, allegedly, "affiliated" also with this organization -- "It is rather small and consists of approximately 40 members, including many who are incarcerated, and at least 50 criminal associates."

Probably, some of these "associates" are on county legal "Ethics Committees." Right, Jaynee? (See "Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," "James R. Zazzali and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Peter G. Verniero and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.") More judicial profiles are coming up.

I have experienced many difficulties in writing at my computer today. I wonder why some people in New Jersey do not wish me to post essays on the Internet? Images will be blocked and "errors" will be inserted in these essays on a regular basis. There's more on the mafia guys coming up. Geez ... Whatta-ya gonna do? No images can be posted with these blogs and the true number of visitors to these blogs is about three times the number shown on my profile.

"Reputed Mobsters Rounded Up in New Jersey," http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24526689/ May 9, 2008.
Bob Ingle & Sandy McClure, The Soprano State: New Jersey's Culture of Corruption (New York: St. Martin's, 2008), pp. 229-231.

"Reputed members of the Gambino crime family [Jaynee is still on the lam!] were arrested across NJ Thursday in early morning raids, law enforcement officials told WNBC.com."

Happily, it appears that Jaynnee "Boom, Booom" La Vecchia was not caught in this raid. The problem of mafia control of courts and local government in New Jersey receives very little attention from national media. The judiciary and legal system have been hopelessly contaminated by the scourge of organized crime, as indeed N.J. court decisions can no longer claim respect or legitimacy. The hypocrisy of these hoodlums and their cronies -- these are the people deciding many legal "ethics" matters! -- sickens people. It should.

This mob stranglehold on government and the legal profession goes a long way towards explaining what now appears to be a $36 BILLION hole in New Jersey's state budget. Hey, Stuart Rabner doesn't all this legal corruption and contamination of the judiciary make you want to puke? What are you doing about this situation, Stu? Where's Annie Milgram? Shopping? I wonder whether Anne plays right or left field? The scurrilous claims made about me, for years -- without any apology -- more than justifies my curiosity. Stealing from my office, Diana?

The corruption and criminality is out of control. Clearly, it will never be subject to control by New Jersey's coopted and incompetent baby attorney general, Anne Milgram. Political bosses in New Jersey are often "affiliated" with the mob. Politicians and judges are in lucrative partnership with construction companies and others likely to benefit from state government largesse.

That means the taxpayer's money gets spread (like jelly on toast) all over the guys in the mob and dirty cops, politicians and judges, so nothing happens -- law-enforcement wise. All of these raids were FBI investigations, entirely bypassing the Trenton, A.G. and New Jersey power-structure. That should tell you something. Feds don't trust Trenton officials. I don't blame them. Most New Jersey government offficials are either corrupt or coopted to look the other way when shit happens. Today, shit happened. More problems for the Jersey Boys are coming up! Oh boy!!
"In all 23 suspected mobsters were expected to be arraigned in federal court in Newark Thursday. Ten were arrested and another 13 were told to surrender, an FBI spokesman said."

Do you mean a "spokesperson"? Let us not forget to be "politically correct," right Diana? How has Diana avoided getting busted for her "irregularities"? Diana probably "knows somebody." Among the usual suspects:

"ANDREW MEROLA from Tom's River, leading member [or 'capo'] of the Gambino crime family." Another of the mobsters arrested was responsible for a multimillion dollar Internet gambling operation. Wouldn't it be a hoot to discover that these "guys" have been visiting my sites because of an unsuspected interest in German philosophy and quantum physics on the part of "Charles 'Buddy Musk' Mucciogrosso" and "John Titzio," not to mention John Manzella, of Brooklyn? The big three in New Jersey mafia circles (drum roll please):

"GAMBINO: In 1992 a leadeship void developed when John J. Gotti, called the 'Teflon Don' because prosecutors couldn't make charges stick, ran out of luck. With the testimony of turncoat Salvatore 'Sammy the Bull' Gravano, Gotti got life for murder and racketerring but spent only ten years behind bars. He died in 2002. On his death, son John A. 'Junior' Gotti became acting boss, but he pleaded guilty to racketeering and went to prison in 1999. 'ARNOLD SQUITIERI,' who resides in Englewood Cliffs is presently in charge of family matters in New Jersey."

"GENOVESE: The Genovese group is the most active, powerful and resourceful [mafia] family in New Jersey. ... Historically, more high ranking members of the Genovese family than any other [mob] group have called the Garden State their home, and it was the first of the five New York-based families to expand its rackets to New Jersey decades ago. Today, there are five main Genovese crews headquartered in New Jersey." (Hudson County can count on its own "crew" -- allegedly, that crew is based in lovely North Bergen.)

The Genovese organization is said to control much of what happens in Garden State legal ethics enforcement -- with an entertainment branch as well -- also wielding influence with the N.J. A.G.'s office, with members (allegedly) in the judiciary and legal establishment. Municipal courts in many towns are under the control of made members of the "family."

"An unholy union of crooked politicians and developers willing to cross the line can be found in the scum at the bottom of most New Jersey political barrels. Millionaire developer ANTHONY SPALLIERO, for instance, was indicted on federal charges that he paid $140,000 in bribes to Monmouth County officials to secure contracts for his business. Included were trips and entertainment" -- for legal and political officials -- "at his son's go-go bars." (See "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

Lawyers get to dip their wicks in this pool of dirty money, every day: "... an assistant Monmouth County counsel and his law firm were paid $50,000 by the county in 2006 to help prepare a report that ultimately concluded the county should continue to pay its attorneys by the hour. County administrator LOUIS PAPAROZZI said he didn't see a conflict in a county counsel paid by the hour gathering and analyzing legal fee information for a report to determine if county counsels should be paid by the hour. Paparozzi and two elected officials wrote the report." (pp. 160-171.)

Dem guys, I says to 'em, I says ... Hey, youz guys are getting greedy! $450 MILLION, then $315 MILLION, now $125 MILLION was requested by EnCap Golf for "clean up" at the Meadowlands. It sure was a "clean up" operation. A total of $995 MILLION essentially to clean up a site and fill a hole with dirt.

100 MILLION persons will face starvation this year. 25,000 will die of hunger today. Luckily, New Jersey's powerful judges and legal officials are well fed and comfy. Doesn't that make you happy?
