7 N.J. Troopers Suspended in Rape and Sexual Assault Inquiry!

December 14, 2007 at 2:02 P.M. a new attack against my security system, leaves me with a "red notice" that my pc "may not be protected from the latest viruses and other threats." I am unable to update my system, again. I will continue to run scans throughout the day. "Errors" inserted since 2:02 P.M. have now been corrected. I will continue to make additional corrections when the same "errors" are reinserted as part of the criminal vandalism and censorship efforts against this site. My ability to post images to accompany my profile has been destroyed.

A follow-up to this essay will be posted, reporting on allegations of a proposed "cover-up" currently underway to protect N.J. troopers, who are suspected of rape. Rumors of additional criminality by N.J. troopers are rampant. Involvement by N.J. judges in a so-called "sex club" can neither be confirmed nor denied at this time. Any new "errors"? (See "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Spacing will be affected by hackers, letters may be removed from words, other defacements must be expected from New Jersey officials or their agents violating criminal laws and the Constitution. These "errors" will be reinserted, after they are corrected, so as to maximize frustration while discrediting me. Ad hominem insults will be next. Are crimes committed publicly by members of the bar not "unethical" in New Jersey? December 17, 2007 at 9:24 A.M. calls received from 402-798-9983. I will run scans all day.

"TRENTON -- Seven New Jersey state troopers were suspended on Tuesday in connection with an investigation into a young woman's report that she had been sexually assaulted."

"The woman, 25, told law enforcement officials that she was assaulted last week by 'multiple male individuals,' including some who may have been members of the New Jersey State Police, the Mercer County prosecutor's office said."

Outraged N.J. prosecutors explained to the media that, in the Garden State, corrupt cops have to "share the booty" with judges and prosecutors or they will be busted. The long-rumored alliance between organized crime factions specialized in the international trade in women and forced prostitution with underworld figures within New Jersey government and police circles is about to collapse and explode. Anne Milgram was seen shopping as these developments unfolded. (See "We don't know from nothing" and "New Jersey Mayor and Wife Join the Indictment Party.")

"The State Police confirmed the investigation. The law enforcement agency said it had suspended the seven officers with pay while prosecutors looked into the woman's allegation. Neither the State Police nor the prosecutor's office would release the names of the officers who were suspended."

The investigation will not stop with these officers, if it is genuinely successful. There is an entire culture of sexism, racism, and secret illegality to be rooted out of law enforcement and courts in New Jersey -- including such notoriously corrupt entities as the OAE -- and the state's now irredeemably tainted Supreme Court. The role of hypnosis, if any, or participation by psychiatrists, like Terry Tuchin of Ridgewood, and Diana Lisa Riccioli of Clifton, in these unsavory "activities" in New Jersey has not been specified at this time. (See "An Open Letter to My Torturers, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli" and "What is it like to be tortured?," also "Driving While Black (DWB) in New Jersey.")

"The prosecutor's office said the woman told them that the assault took place early Friday morning at [a] Ewing Township residence. Prosecutors did not identify the woman, saying only that she was a student. The investigation was in the 'preliminary stages,' they said."

Are these the activities "celebrated" by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Robert "Bob" Menendez? (How's the spacing in this essay? The good Speaker's name will be changed, periodically, to "Barbara" from "Nancy" by hackers -- which may be an improvement for Pelosi.)

"The State Police has been trying to mend its reputation after years of struggling to get past revelations that its officers concentrated on minorities in making traffic stops."

State police officers in New Jersey are feared by law abiding minority citizens. I don't blame minorities for their concerns. This will not make for effective law enforcement nor will it help in the so-called "War on Terror."

"A commission appointed by Gov. Jon S. Corzine recently found that the State Police had made strides" -- laughter? -- "and Mr. Corzine said last week that he would ask the federal government to end its monitoring of the agency. The monitoring began in 1999 after the State Police was accused of racial profiling."

A federal monitor ended his supervision of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark by concluding that misappropriated or "mis-received" and vanished funds -- your tax dollars -- may have totalled as much as $400 MILLION over the past several years. No state investigation of that institution ever took place -- or will take place -- once federal supervision is ended. No one is going to prison for these events at the hospital.

Today -- at Essex County Superior Court in Newark, New Jersey -- young African-Americans will be sent to prison for actions that are negligible by comparison with such theft. Today, 25,000 persons will die of hunger in the world. By some estimates, several thousand of them are found in the U.S. Is this not "unethical"? Is the hypocrisy of those men and women residing in New Jersey's affluent suburbs, wearing black robes, sending young African-Americans and Latinos to prison not "unethical"? How about sending those kids to Iraq? Is that "ethical"? Is it not "unethical" for a judge or any attorney and public official sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution to condone daily censorship and destruction of written work that is meaningful for many people? Do you "demur" Mr. Rabner? Are you, Mr. Rabner, more "ethical" than the rest of us? (How is the spacing in this essay again?) How many persons might be fed with $400 MILLION OF TAX PAYER MONEY?

Federal monitoring of an organization, like the N.J. State Police -- I am still battling a DAILY wave of criminal assaults and cyberstalking emanating from N.J. law enforcement and legal circles -- is a matter of rational necessity. Too many persons entrusted with public power in New Jersey lack the maturity and judgment to exercise power responsibly, or even sanely. (See my forthcoming essay "Jay Romano and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.") New Jersey's hideous corruption and criminality must be brought under control and cannot be permitted to continue under the heading of "business as usual."
