A National Disgrace.

Npvember 24, 2009 at 10:10 A.M. Allegations of criminal conduct by government lawyers and/or their agents ALWAYS entitles a victim to a reversal in ethics proceedings, and even more especially in legal proceeedings where tribunals are made the co-conspirators to a criminal enterprise.

Any other lies of obfuscations coming out of Trenton's disseminators of bullshit for the mafia should be treated with "skepticism," to put it mildly. How do you shysters live with your hypocrisy in Trenton? Still $25,000 to buy a Superior Court judgeship? Less than that if you need to buy a judge? ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

November 15, 2009 at 8:24 P.M. Attempts to repair my security system were unsuccessful. I will try to reboot my computer, eventually. I will go to public computers until I am able to use my computer again. I cannot say how many essays have been damaged during this period.

November 14, 2009 at 11:05 P.M. An attempt to run a complete scan of my system leaves me unable to back-up files, or to complete the scan. My security system seems to be inoperable. I will continue struggling to restore that system.

November 14, 2009 at 2:40 P.M. "David Stove's Critique of Idealism" was damaged overnight. I have done my best to make corrections. I cannot say how many other writings have been damaged. I will try to make corrections every day of the works that have been altered or destroyed.

November 12, 2009 at 2:35 P.M. An advertisement was imposed on this site, purportedly coming from "Ads by Google."

November 12, 2009 at 9:40 A.M. Over a dozen attacks on writings yesterday resulted in many insertions of "errors" in my essays. I expect a similar process in response to this brief comment. I will struggle to make the necessary corrections as they are needed. I surmise that Democrats being forced to leave office in Trenton are hoping to maximize the damage they inflict on my sites (and me) before departing from government. In response, I will focus on the sex lives of more judges and prominent politicians. Tell your friends not to miss this shin-dig. I can neither confirm nor deny Elizabeth Warren's lesbianism. I am sure that Ms. Warren is a very nice "empowered" female person. Friend of Debbie Poritz?

"A National Disgrace," (Editorial) in The New York Times, November 11, 2009, at p. A30.

Edmund L. Andrews, "Federal Government Faces Balloon in Debt Payments: At $700 Billion a Year, Cost Will Top Budgets for 2 Wars, Education and Energy," in The New York Times, November 23, 2009, at p. A1.
John Eligion, "Hope for the Wrongfully Convicted: Judge's Ruling Hailed in Effort to Legitimize Claims of Innocence," in The New York Times, November 23, 2009, at p. A23. (Dramatic increase in persons wrongfully convicted, spending 10 to 20 years, or more, behind bars in the most inept jurisdictions -- like New Jersey which reserves such a fate for African-Americans, mostly.)

"Two courts, one in Italy and one in the United States, ruled recently on the Bush administration's practice of extraordinary rendition, which is the kidnapping of people and sending them to other countries for interrogation -- and torture. The Italian court got it right. The American court got it miserably wrong." (emphasis added)

American courts (secretly) sanction the kidnapping and torture of Americans on U.S. soil and elsewhere, together with denials of all attempts to obtain the truth concerning such tortures by victims. Rapes and thefts are thrown in for the laughs in New Jersey. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

This may be the perfect moment to insert another "error" in my writings in order to demonstrate America's commitment to free speech and the civil rights of dissidents. ("Cruelty and Censorship in New Jersey.")

"In Italy, a judge ruled that a station chief for the Central Intelligence Agency and 22 other Americans broke the law in the 2003 abduction of Osama Moustafa Hassan Nasr, a Muslim cleric who ended up in Egypt, where he said he was tortured." [sic.]

We no longer need to send people to Egypt for tortures. There are states (like New Jersey) where tortures can be arranged, secretly, which will be denied publicly, even when the "wrong person" is tortured. Theft of the victim's money and rape may be thrown into the mix, as I have said, along with abuse of juveniles by persons like Ms. Poritz, perhaps. Conspiracies to violate civil rights, censorship, plagiarism and other offenses committed against selected victims are not unusual. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")

"Two days earlier a federal appeals court in Manhattan brushed off a lawsuit by Maher Arar, a Syrian-born Canadian citizen who was seized in an American airport by federal agents acting on bad information from Canadian officials. He was held incommunicado and harshly interrogated before being sent to Syria, where he was tortured. He spent almost a year in a grave-sized underground cell before the Syrians let him go."

"The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit [NY] decided that none of that entitled Mr. Arar to a day in court."

"In Mr. Nasr's case, authorities said that they had reason to suspect" -- like Ms. Santiago's "reason to believe"? -- "he was involved in recruiting militants to go to Iraq. It has long been established that Mr. Arar was not guilty of anything. Canada admitted that it had supplied false information to American authorities, and in 2007, it APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED $10 MILLION in damages. Neither [the] Bush nor Obama administrations followed suit, leaving Mr. Arar to pursue litigation."

I wonder whether Lourdes Santiago, Esq. knows "Manohla Dargis?" Or "Ginger Thompson?" Or "Patricia Cohen?" Can you identify any of these "authors," Lourdes? "Lesbian love-fest?" Louisa? Diana Lisa Riccioli? Anne Milgram, Esq.? Deborah T. Poritz? You gals must be having lots of fun. ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

" ... the ruling distorts precedent and the Constitutional separation of powers to deny justice to Mr. Arar and give officials a pass for egregious misconduct. The overt disregard for the central role of judges in policing executive branch excesses has frightening implications for safeguarding civil liberties, as four judges suggested in dissenting opinions."

"It is painful to recall that this is the same court that declared in 1980 that even foreigners accused of torture in foreign countries can be called to account in American courts. [Filartega.] The torturer is the 'enemy of all mankind' the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit declared back then. One of the dissenters, [in which decision?] Judge Guido Calabressi, said that 'when the history of this distinguished court is written, today's majority decision will be viewed with dismay.' ..."

"Today?" If this federal appeals court decision from 1980 is still good law, then Mr. Rumsfeld and Mr. Cheney (to the extent that they sanctioned torture) must now be regarded as the "enemies of all mankind." Anne Milgram, Esq.? What did you know, Anne, and when did you know it? Stuart Rabner, each day that the cover-up continues is a renewal of the tortures.

This may be an excellent time to insert another "error" in this essay in order to combat "homosexual Communism" and "Al Qaeda terrorism."

It is all of American law whose hypocrisies and contradictions have caused the world to view with dismay and skepticism our claims to abide by the Constitution which prohibits "cruel and unusual punishment," requiring "due process of law," and "equal protection of the laws." The fundamental law of the land prohibits interference by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, or by means of any form of "state action," with "free expressions." 21 years of torture and no diminution of my commitment to struggle suggests that New Jersey's torturers are inept as well as criminals. ("The Heidegger Controversy.")

Based on what you observe at this blog, every day, you must come to your own conclusions concerning the sincerity of the U.S. commitment to freedom of speech and protection of fundamental human rights, such as the right to privacy and transparency in governmental actions. I have "reason to believe" that persons in many parts of the world are witnesses to this daily trashing of the Bill of Rights. ("How Censorship Works in America" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Do you speak to me of "ethics," Mr. Codey? Former Speaker Roberts? Mr. Rabner?

The Supreme Court of New Jersey will be remembered for disgraceful corruption and incompetence. Worse, to the extent that this tainted tribunal continues to disregard its shameful complicity in rapes and tortures, as well as censorship, it will symbolize everything which courts of law should not be. ("New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" and "New Jersey's Political and Supreme Court Whores.")

Look up sua sponte in Black's Law Dictionary, Stuart. Don't worry, I'll tell you what to do so you won't screw up. You'll look competent, Stuart. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and, again, "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Denying me the use of images, censorship, vandalizing my writings will have the effect of magnifying these obvious blunders and evils throughout the world. These crimes committed against me must be acknowledged and some effort at atonement must be made by a state that is a "byword for corruption" and dishonesty in government together with ineptitude in the judiciary. "New Jersey," according to our leading newspapers is America's "Italian problem." (Wall Street Journal.)

"A New Jersey man who contends that he was detained and mistreated in Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia in 2007" -- with the cooperation of the "Jewish Mengele," Terry Tuchin perhaps? -- "[at the request of] the United States filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against F.B.I. agents and other unidentified American officials who he says interrogated him and threatened him with execution." ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "Psychological Torture in the American Legal System.")

I can appreciate what it is like to be threatened with execution and to have one's human rights violated for one's "own good." Each day that the cover-up continues is a reopening of old wounds, Mr. Rabner. Have you no shame, sir?
