44 New Jersey Political and Legal Figures Arrested, More Arrests Will Follow!

October 7, 2009 at 5:25 P.M. There's reason to hope that more "low-life" lawyers and judges from Hudson County are going down soon. I can't wait to urinate on their graves. Mazeltov.

July 28, 2009 at 11:16 A.M. A number of essays were vandalized overnight, possibly in response to comments and criticisms concerning New Jersey corruption. Shocking. I will struggle to make all necessary corrections. I will continue to focus on examinations of sexual perversions among New Jersey Superior Court judges, graft, tainted court decisions, and continuing political corruption investigations in Trenton. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey.") You still like the "kiddies," your Honor?

Do the taxpayers in New Jersey welcome the opportunity to purchase computers and the child porn on those computers for their elected officials in the child prostitution capital of America -- New Jersey?

This is the first of several essays to be posted dealing with corruption "events" as they unfold in New Jersey. Allegations concerning "linkage" between this exploding scandal with Senator Menendez and the $2 BILLION Xanadu disaster cannot be determined at this time. Rumors suggest that further anouncements are forthcoming from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark, New Jersey. ("Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!" and "Senator Bob Says: 'Xanadu and You -- Perfect Together!'")

I would love to do some Christmas shopping at the Xanadu mall, but nobody can find it? ("New Jersey's Xanadu Mess.")

Peter Applebome, "Descendants of a Long Line of Scoundrels," in The New York Times, July 30, 2009, at p. A21. (Mr. Applebome is usually friendly to the Jersey Family, but admits: " ... 44 accused, including 3 mayors, 2 state assemblymen and 5 rabbis ... the Elmore Leonard details ... sale of kidneys and Apple Jacks cereal box stuffed with $97,000.00 ...")

"New Jersey has never been short of corruption scandals, but the one that unfolded yesterday was surprising even by the standards of the state that inspired 'the Sopranos.' ..."

So begins the Wall Street Journal's better-written, better-informed coverage of the scandal -- only reluctantly discussed by "rivals" in the Times, for some mysterious reason -- a scandal that rocks New Jersey law and politics in the summer of 2009. Do the Jersey Boys have friends at the "Gray Lady"? ("What is it like to be plagiarized?")

How can the Times be scooped by The New York Post in connection with N.J. Luchese family corruption of building officials in the city? Murray Weiss, "City Graft Shocker: Mob-Tied Building Inspectors in Bribe & Drug Scandal," in The New York Post, September 8, 2009, at p. 4.

Why is the Times-CBS so friendly to the Democrat machine in the Garden State? Ginger? Manohla? Payola?

New Jersey's Jewish community, tragically, is reeling from allegations spreading throughout the world that may go far towards explaining recent unfolding events in the U.S. financial community. This comes shortly after the Madoff scandal. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry A. Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli" and "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Are Anne Milgram and Stuart Rabner protecting Debbie Poritz? It is easy to see that many of these rabbis were suckered into a scam by a smooth operator. They were not stealing moneys that were mostly deposited in "charitable accounts" aimed at helping others. Reserve judgment concerning these rabbis. Is Tuchin being protected by Rabner because of his religious affiliation? I hope not. ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner.")

There are some very able scam artists and con men "out there." It is also not difficult to mistake someone who looks like a slickster -- but may only be eccentric -- for a con man or woman. I suspect that this was part of my problem with New Jersey's "Keystone Cops." But enough about the OAE, better known as Trenton's "walking turds." ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary of New Jersey.")

Is Terry Tuchin, alleged "M.D.," implicated in these activities? Sybil R. Moses, Esq.? Stuart Rabner, Esq.? Neil M. Cohen Esq.? Deborah T. Poritz, Esq.? Anne Milgram, Esq.? Did money laundering include child porn profits, Senator Bob?

This shocking degree of corruption emerges besides the disgraceful and suspicious inactivity of Anne Milgram, Esq. and the lethargy as well as "tainted selectivity" of the N.J. attorney ethics process. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

"Which way did he go? ..." New Jersey's "Elmer Fudds" have been known to run into one another when chasing the bad guys. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey's Courts and Politics.")

Hey, they finally altered the number of hits at my blog. Conservative estimates place the true number of hits at these blogs between 25-50,000. Coincidence? Google and blogger do not count "hits" in the hundreds. I wonder why my book is being suppressed and how the Jersey Boys are controlling the media to "manufacture consent"? Cash in envelopes? Van Pelt is going to the big house. Anthony Suarez, Esq. must be next.

People in New Jersey want answers. Much of this fraud was made possible by corrupt and politically-connected lawyers. Few ethics proceedings against bribe-taking inside the club lawyers are underway. Paul M. Bergrin, Esq.? Monitoring of my Internet use and hacking into my computer, however, continue to be problems. Have you no shame or decency, Ms. Milgram? ("One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

"Federal agents swept accross New Jersey and New York on Thursday, charging 44 people -- including mayors, rabbis and even one alleged trafficker in human kidneys -- in a decadelong investigation into public corruption and international money laundering." ("Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "An Unpleasant Encounter With New Jersey's State Police.")

The body parts will be cancerous, like the ethics of New Jersey's paid-off judiciary. Rabner and LaVecchia should resign from a tribunal they have soiled, along with their judicial robes. ("New Jersey Judicial and Political Whores" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

"The key to the investigation: a real estate developer who became an informant after he was arrested on bank fraud charges in 2006, according to a person familiar with the case. The developer, Solomon Dwek, wore a wire for the Federal Bureau of Investigation while offering to bribe New Jersey mayors and other public officials, that person said."

This developer is alleged to have "connections" with a number of real estate brokers in Hudson County and politicians "friendly to the operation." There is no way that such an economic operation can take place in Hudson County without Senator Bob's awareness of these transactions, at least, and (I suspect) public cooperation with "investors." ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?")

There is no way that so many persons close to Governor Corzine can be involved, in a bad way, and Corzine's Attorney General can be uninvolved, in a not-so-good-way, without suggesting at least a lack of attention on Corzine's part. Ms. Milgram, it is time to go. Ms. Milgram should be DISBARRED if she deliberately looked the other way in these matters or in response to cybercrime from her office directed against me. Mr. Bazzani, "out to lunch"? ("Another Mafia Bust in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless" then "Anne Milgram Does it Again!")

Allegations that judges appointed by these same politicians "covered their backs" if there was any blowback in terms of law suits can neither be confirmed nor denied. The U.S. Attorney's office, apparently, is still conducting this ten year-plus investigation, which may explain why people continue to use New Jersey computers to try to suppress, censor, and destroy my writings. ("What is it like to be tortured?")

Why not insert another "error"? You'll feel better. Some of these New Jersey mafia lawyers will die of old age before they get indicted. Maybe that's the idea. Milgram's delay and relaxation may account for the friendly attitude to New Jersey Democrats in The New York Times, which has been a little slow on the uptake in this matter. I wonder whether Manohla Dargis and Ginger Thompson are connected to Senator Bob? Master thinker "Jim Holt's" reviews are sadly missed by loyal readers of the Times. ("Incoherence in 'The New York Times.'")

If only James Wood or Larissa Macfarquhar (Anne Milgram?) were writing for the Times. Anne is too busy at her lesbian love-fest to arrest corrupt lawyers and politicians. Carpet munching, Anne? ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

"While the state has a long history of dirty politics -- in Newark alone, three ex-mayors have been convicted of crimes unrelated to the latest sweep -- the scale of the allegations shocked veterans of New Jersey's political crises."

They should look for corruption in some place other than Newark. They will find much worse corruption throughout the state -- especially, in Union City and North Bergen, both are in Hudson County. ("La Cosa Nostra in North Bergen, New Jersey" and "Jay Romano and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Still at The New York Times, Jay Romano? How's Kelly Anne Michaels? ("Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey" and "New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester.")

Hide your kids if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in New Jersey -- especially around Debbie Poritz. ("New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester" and "We don't know from nothing!")

" ... This is not only a black eye, but this fans more cynicism,' said Gene Grabowski, a crisis manager who has represented New Jersey clients in graft probes. 'It validates this idea that New Jersey is a setting for 'The Sopranos.' ..."

It is. These all-too familiar allegations of meetings in parking lots, cash stuffed into cereal boxes, using rabbis and respected professionals in the Jewish community as fronts (I am sure, as I say, that many were unaware of being so used), all attest to the metastisized cancer that is corruption and incompetence in New Jersey's legal profession, judiciary, prosecutorial branch and politics. You people have no ethics. How dare you lowlifes judge me? ("Is Union City Meyer Lansky's Whore House?")

Do you presume to comment on my character and ethics, Mr. Rabner? ("New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana.")

The state of New Jersey is hardly in a position to comment on anyone's ethics, much less after committing atrocious crimes against persons (like me) or other professionals "targeted" (right, Senator Bob?) for refusing to be "controlled." No defense lawyer should be controlled by anyone in pursuing his or her client's interests or in seeking to do justice within the contraints of the law and so-called "ethics rules." ("What is Law?") I am ready for the counterattacks, boys. Each day that the cover-up continues is a renewal of the tortures.

Secaucus Mayor Dennis Elwell, Hoboken Mayor Peter Cammarano, Deputy Jersey City Mayor Leona Beldini (family-like organization?) are only the tip of the proverbial ice berg. Much more will emerge in the days, weeks, and months ahead as bankers, lawyers, real estate brokers in Hudson County scurry for cover beneath their various rocks. ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "We don't know from nothing.")

Albio Sires is said to be sweating profusely these days. Nervous, Albio? Perhaps you should be nervous. I wonder how Mr. Alum is doing these days? Out of federal prison? Is Mr. Oriente, (or is it "Llorente"?) West New York's former police chief, also out of prison now? How are the gambling machines in West New York? La Bolita? ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

Are drug dealers still protected in West New York, New Jersey? How's Mr. Garcia doing? Do the whore houses still offer "freebies" to local politicians and judges? ("Is Paul Bergrin, Esq. an Ethical New Jersey Lawyer?" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House" as well as "Paul Bergrin, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legal Profession in New Jersey.")

Isn't it nice that Mr. Rabner -- New Jersey's Chief Justice! -- and Senator Menendez are said to have a mutual "friend" in alleged underworld boss, Angelo ("The Horn") Prisco? Former Corzine administration member, Joe ("The Enforcer") Doria, Esq. hails from the same neck of the woods as Mr. Prisco. Mr. Prisco is, reputedly, a member of the Genovese crime family. ("Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey," then "We don't know from nothing" and "Guttenberg Mayor and Wife Are Heading to the Slammer!")

Senator Bob's song and dance will become quite intricate. New Jersey Superior Court Assignment Judges will make themselves available to the mobsters and crooked politicians for a small fee. I can only hope that these matters will be heard in federal court. Attacks on this essay will take place on a daily basis. I can never be sure of writing from one day to the next. My computer and these essays may be destroyed at any time. I will continue writing from public computers. This is getting to be fun!

Do you speak to me of "ethics," Mr. Rabner? Are you worried about my "ethics," boys? No response to my continuing requests for information from Ms. Milgram, Mr. Rabner, or the New Jersey Bar Association. Shredder? Under the circumstances, I can only describe the state's legal and political reality as "despicable." Shame on you.
