March 4, 2009 at 3:54 P.M. Notices indicate that MSN has "closed." Even at my own expense my second book will not be sent to on-line booksellers. The true number of visitors to all of my sites is not known. Perhaps 20,000?
November 28, 2008 at 12:13 P.M. I was just obstructed in efforts to reach my e-mail at hotmail, after a day of interference with my Internet service provider. More cyberattacks and cyberstalking must be expected, unfortunately. I will struggle to continue writing. I will do my best to correct "errors' inserted during the hours when my access to my sites is obstructed. Happy Holidays!
November 25, 2008 at 11:20 A.M. An essay focusing on North Bergen, New Jersey (based on objective sources) is coming up, together with an essay on "The Case of Kelly Anne Michaels." This is my response to the harassment, defacements, vandalism of several essays this past weekend. I was just denied access to my blogs and prevented from reading my e-mails at hotmail. I will try throughout the day to regain access to MSN. Essays will be defaced and altered, then corrected by me. I will continue to write.
November 23, 2008 at 4:17 P.M. A wave of attacks against my computer has resulted in damaging my security system, again, preventing me from applying updates, allowing for "errors" to be inserted in my writings. The goal is to maximize psychological harm through frustration, anxiety, stress. Ideally, this can be combined with limitations upon communicative opportunities, silencing, censorship aimed at inducing collapse in a person who has experienced much more severe forms of psychological torture.
I will continue to write, focusing on criminality and corruption in the history of North Bergen. I will also write a future essay examining the case of Kelly Ann Michaels. Regrettably, this means that we can expect additional sabotage and vandalizing of my writings during the days and weeks ahead. Profiles of judges and their sex lives in New Jersey are also coming up.
November 19, 2008 at 12:25 P.M. My security system cannot be updated, back up leaves me with a message that says Internet connections are not available. Interference with my cable service this morning left me with a blank t.v. screen. Phone calls from 800 numbers cannot be far behind, along with more vandalism of these writings. This morning at Critique, I blocked:

November 18, 2008 at 4:05 P.M. Another attack on my security system from the corridors of power in New Jersey leaves me unable to "update" my security system. I am running a full scan of my system, once again, for the third time today. I will continue to try during the next twenty-four hours to update my system and fight off these attacks, also to correct any "errors" inserted in essays during this period.
Perhaps these renewed attacks are associated with the departure of Mr. Christie from the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Jersey. Any Democrat appointed to that office may be unable to overcome the political pressures from Trenton's Democrat Machine to prosecute political corruption in the Garden State. I hope not. I will continue to struggle.
November 18, 2008 at 1:40 P.M. A new attack on my computer prevented me from accessing my hotmail and answering e-mail. Essays at Critique may have been vandalized. Phone calls received: November 17, 2008 at 11:18 A.M. from (305) 836-7371 (Florida?); November 18, 2008 at 10:36 A.M. from 866-435-5140; at 11:06 A.M. from 062-240-7528; at 12:36 P.M. from 866-435-5140.
November 17, 2008 at 10:10 A.M. I am prevented from reaching my MSN group. I am afraid that "errors" have been and will continue to be inserted in my writings. Additional hacking into my computer has taken place. I will struggle to reach my sites. I cannot access my hotmail account. Images cannot be posted at blogger. My book still will not be sent to on-line booksellers. (See "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")
To speak of the "purposes" of the first amendment's protections of speech, press, assembly, petition, and (by implication) association, is to risk begging the central question posed by the Constitution's most majestic guarantee: is the freedom of speech to be regarded only as a means to some further end -- like successful self-government, or social stability, or (somewhat less instrumentally) the discovery and dissemination of truth -- or is freedom of speech in part also an end in itself, an expression of the sort of society we wish to become and the sort of persons we wish to be? No adequate conception of so basic an element of our fundamental law, it will be argued here, can be developed in purely instrumental or purposive terms.

Is freedom of speech in the United States of America a lie? (See "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")
November 15, 2008 at 2:25 P.M. I still experience many difficulties in efforts to reach hotmail. I was just prevented from accessing my MSN group. Any essays defaced today will be repaired as soon as I am able to regain access to my sites. I will continue to struggle.
November 14, 2008 at 9:45 A.M. I have been unable to reach my MSN group. I will continue to struggle against obstructions and hackers to reach Critique and my e-mail account. I will run scans throughout the day.

After posting this essay there will be a wave of attacks against my computer and further defacements of Internet writings, obstructions of access to my sites, vandalisms of my books or blogs. If there is no new post for two days or more, then you may be sure that this silence will not be voluntary. Several of my essays were vandalized and corrected, again, recently. As of 10:15 A.M. on November 13, 2008, I am unable to reach my MSN group -- which may or may not continue to exist after February, 2009. No images can be posted at this blog, where obstructions and defacements are also common. I will continue to struggle. Please note that it is a federal crime to violate or conspire to violate civil rights, including First Amendment rights, especially where any form of direct or indirect state action is involved.
Union City, New Jersey is a territory with a colorful history of mafia activity and a thriving Cuban-American community. It is a place where the Cuban branch of the mob has always had a home. Perhaps Union City is a more corrupt territory than anything to be found in Florida. Gambling was an accepted part of everyday life. Payoffs to local officials were discussed as the norm by citizens enjoying a pleasant repast at the Union City Cafeteria. Various corrupt activities and secret partnerships between local police officials and crooks were open secrets. As one old timer explained, "even the rulers are crooked in this town." West New York is just as bad or worse. North Bergen is to the Jersey Mafia what Palermo is to Italy's organized crime families.
Proximity to New York made Union City a tax free zone for the mafia. La Bolita (Cuban numbers racket) operated undisturbed for a 10% cut paid to city hall, allegedly; cocaine importers had to remember a former local police chief and all would be well, also allegedly; Municipal Court matters were "fixable," along with prostitution complaints. In the old days, Judge Joe Falbo would take care of things for the Mayor's people (Bob Menendez in the go-go eighties), allegedly, since good old Joe liked brown paper lunch bags with cash in them instead of lunch. Falbo would get his own lunch.
"You gotta stay away from those guys in Trenton!" Good old Joe would say, as he rose from his lunch, leaving the tab for his meal to take care of itself since the judge was a big believer that "the Lord will provide."
Agustin Sanchez, a later town judge explained: "I'm only looking for the pension benefits and medical insurance." Mr. Sanchez was highly accomodating to the local powers-that-be, even in the midst of trials, regardless of the evidence in cases and said: "Why make trouble?" I have my doubts about whether Sanchez had much or any trial experience before going on the bench. However, Sanchez (like the guys in North Bergen, which was and is as bad or worse than Union City) had plenty of experience in making political contributions.
How much did you pay for the judgeship? Was it really $15,000, like 'people' said, Agustin? You wuz overcharged. Dem guys ... Geez. Try a chicharron.
"The grandaddy of New Jersey bosses was Frank 'I am the Law' Hague, who ruled in Jersey City, [and "spotted" his man in Union City] across the harbor from Manhattan, from 1917 to 1947. He was known for doing whatever it took to get his way, and the joke was the governor had on his desk a direct line to Hague." (Ingle & McClure, p. 74.)
Greetings from Democrat Senator Robert "You've-got-a-friend-in-Bob" Menendez! These days Corzine's got a direct line to "Big Pappa" Menendez. Is Menendez really "overly sensitive to criticism"? Don't forget to invite the babe over to your swinging pad in Miami Beach, Bob. Have you seen Shaft? Is that place in your name, Bob?
"In 1946, Hague backed the late William V. Musto for the state assembly, where he 'served' for nineteen years, followed by seventeen years in the state senate. Among the people Musto mentored were DONALD SCARINSCI, a lawyer and a Democrat leader who served as his aide for more than three years, and U.S. Senator ROBERT ['BobbyM'] MENENDEZ, who broke with him after a federal grand jury indicted Musto for racketeering, extortion, and fraud. Menendez testified against Musto, who was convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison in 1982." (Ingle & McClure, p. 74.)
The way people told it is that Menendez was the opposite of a reformer. Menendez was a Musto man who wanted to avoid getting indicted himself (school board budget, Bob?) and saw an opportunity to screw over an old pal while rising to prominence. There was some question concerning whether Menendez helped set up Musto, then kept Musto's crew for his own take over of the "family business," allegedly. Certainly, things were just as crooked (if not more so) under Menendez and old cronie, the late Bruce Walter.
I liked Bruce Walter, who was slick but fair. "These guys take the money," a client complained, "then nothing happens. At least, Walter made things happen after he got your money."
If there were a sudden vacancy in West New York or Union City, why not Mrs. Cuningham for Congress? Or Donald M. Payne for the Senate? Hudson County could do much better than it is doing now.
I never knew Menendez well enough to form an opinion of his character one way or the other. Fine by me. Most people said Menendez was not a guy you could know or want to know, but that he was a bad "behind-the-back-enemy." (See "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" also "More Problems for Menendez -- Tapes!" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")
Anything from the Grand Jury, Bobby? What, they don't teach you this in law school? Hey, where you been? ... Huh? Disneyworld? Harvard Law School? Same thing.
"... Deborah Howlett of the Star Ledger interviewed LIBERO MAROTTA, who said he had known Menendez since he was a high school senior: 'I've read some of (Menendez's) comments about being a reformer, and it turns my stomach ... he's always been a Bill Musto guy.' The New York Times quoted Menendez opponent Bob Haney as saying Menendez worked his way through the machine and then took it over. And Tom Moran, columnist for the Star Ledger wrote, 'Menendez is the boss of Hudson County which is ground zero for the state's corruption problems.' ..." (Ingle & McClure, pp. 74-75.)
Menendez, allegedly, established friendships with Cuban mafia figures in Florida and New Jersey, also with anti-Castro groups in both states that were made up of many of the same people. Such organizations also included ordinary citizens with a genuine concern about Cuban-American relations. The anti-Castro "crusade" was used as an issue by politicians who could exploit people's fantasies of a return to a pre-Castro paradise -- something which has nothing to do with one's limited enthusiasm for Fidel Castro -- in order to get people's money for campaigns, then forget Cuba and the U.S. for another four years, as decisions were made by the boys at "Helmer's" in Hoboken about spending all that loot on themselves.
What is the result? Union City and the entire state of New Jersey is a DISGUSTING example of inept and corrupt government, sold-out judiciary by goons and goof balls, where a former indicted Hudson County Executive -- who did time -- taped his cronies making nefarious deals, also explaining the nearly 200 officials, hangers-on, and others indicted or facing federal charges in New Jersey. Government services are a joke. Violations of civil rights, like beatings and murder at the county jail, are routine. No wonder these Constitutional violations take place publicly and nothing happens:
"The state has lost over a quarter of a million [250,000] jobs [4,000 to 8,000 jobs will be lost over the next 4 years] and is looking at a $4 BILLION revenue shortfall next year. [Debt is $36 BILLION.] It's had huge deficits and shortfalls each year that [Corzine] has been in office." (Bean, 11-13-08.)
Do you really want to send $4 BILLION to New Jersey? Mr. Biden, keep an eye on these guys.
Try the tostones, Bobby. Help yourself -- you're good at that. Courts and judge selection procedures have been contaminated by this appalling criminality. Judges are incompetent or stupid minor criminals who are too often controlled by bosses. Legal ethics is a weapon to use against outsiders to the club, usually in the hands of those without ethics of any kind, allegedly, including the likes of NEIL M. COHEN and DE COTIIS, SCARINSCI and many others, while a man like Mr. Marotta -- who is a lawyers' lawyer and whose ethics are beyond reproach -- is ignored by the system. Maybe they don't like Italians. The OAE is a retirement home for minor criminals and bag men of the county machines or lawyers who can't hack it in private practice.
Stuart Rabner's continuing apathy and lethargy -- some say cowardice -- is shocking and disgraceful. When do I get those reports and videos, Stuart? Obstruction of justice at the OAE? Is the OAE "ethical"? We'll pretend that nothing happened ain't gonna do it, Stu. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?" then "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.") Badda-bing, badda-boom!
In the newspaper accounts of the arrest of the former President of Taiwan one can only note the contrast between Hong Kong, after the Chinese take-over as a thriving example of efficient and effective government in "China's Manhattan," as compared with this New Jersey-like spectacle in Taiwan. At least, Taiwan actually arrested this guy and is charging him. New Jersey's law enforcement mechanisms are weapons against opponents of this corruption and criminality that is used to protect -- yes, PROTECT -- targets of federal investigations. (See "George E. Norcross, III is the Boss of New Jersey's Corrupt Politics" and "George E. Norcross, III and Political Corruption in New Jersey.")
How many attacks against my computer today? I am, shockingly, unable to reach my MSN group today. This is not the kind of government desired or envied by today's young Cubans. This New Jersey so-called "court system" and politics offers the world only a cautionary tale of what we must avoid in America that others also must avoid in their own societies -- whether in Latin America or elsewhere.
As (there is no other word for it) a tortured dissident, I will continue to struggle against this nightmare. I urge you to do the same in your community. Perhaps I will be able to post essays later at Critique. I will try every day to do so.

Mafia Involvement in New Jersey's State Police!
October 26, 2008 at 4:16 P.M. A number of essays were vandalized, again, at Critique -- including "The 'Galatea Scenario' and the Mind/Body Problem" which was corrected yesterday. I will correct and post it again. I will then post a revised version of "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary" and "Does N.J. Justice Wallace Smoke Weed?"
More essays examining Union City's Municipal Court and the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office are coming up.
October 24, 2008 at 12:53 P.M. Access to MSN was obstructed just "now." MSN Groups, according to a notice I received, is scheduled to "close" in February, 2009. I wonder whether this is true. Why would someone send me a false notice? I will struggle to correct any "errors" inserted by hackers during this time when I am unable to reach my group.
October 23, 2008 at 11:17 A.M. I was unable to reach my group just now. This sort of struggle is not unusual. Several essays have been altered in small ways -- missing captions for photos, letters or words deleted. I will try to make corrections when I can return to my MSN account.
October 22, 2008 at 8:56 A.M. I have been unable to reach my MSN group this morning, being obstructed each time I reach the site. I will run scans and do my best to post new work or make changes at some point during the course of the day. This struggle will prevent efforts to write new essays or stories. I will keep trying to write on-line. This is routine harassment.
October 21, 2008 at 12:20 P.M. I am struggling to return to Critique, after being denied access to that site at approximately 11:08 A.M., still running scans.
October 19, 2008 at 8:41 P.M. I am again unable to return to Critique. Apparently, intrusions have resulted in alterations of my desk top icons. I will struggle to return to MSN and to repair the harm done to these writings. Several more essays have, apparently, been vandalized. Trenton?
October 19, 2008 at 6:16 P.M. As of this time, I have been unable to regain access to my MSN group. I cannot say how many more essays have been vandalized or defaced. I will continue to struggle to get back to that site. Cyberharassment and crank calls continue on a daily basis. (See "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
October 19, 2008 at 4:57 P.M. efforts to reach Critique are obstructed by cyberattacks. The essay which appears below was altered at my MSN group. The corrected text cannot be posted at that site at this time. I will spend the rest of the evening trying to post that essay, then I will try again tomorrow to continue writing at my group.
Allegations of marijuana use against New Jersey Justice Wallace remain uncorroborated, if also undenied by the state justice. No person using Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) should be a judge in the Garden State. I wonder why I encounter cyberattacks on a daily basis? Is it possible that such censorship efforts are content-based and associated with New Jersey government officials abusing public authority? I shudder to think that such a thing is possible.
New Jersey's "cowardly legal lion," Chief Justice Stuart Rabner (D) and A.G. Anne Milgram (D) seem incapable to examining the accusations against N.J.'s legal system. Cyberwars continue. October 18, 2008 at 7:50 A.M. New "errors" inserted and corrections made. October 19, 2008 at 4:38 P.M.
October 4, 2007 at 9:23 A.M. I am unable to access my MSN account to continue working on an essay dealing with the Jena 6 case. I will spend the rest of the day trying to reach my MSN account. Maybe there are more swastikas being posted in fields near police stations in New Jersey. Spacing may be affected in this essay. At 9:52 A.M., I am blocking:

Richard G. Jones, "New Jersey Agrees to Settle Trooper's Harassment Suit," in The New York Times, October 2, 2007, at p. B2.
Jeremy W. Peters, "In New Jersey, Corruption May Alter Politics. Or Not," in The New York Times, October 3, 2007, at B1.
"NEWARK, Oct. 1 -- Officials with the New Jersey attorney general's office said on Monday that the state had agreed to a $400,000.00 settlement in a lawsuit filed by a former state trooper who said that he was beaten and harassed by members of a secret group of rogue officers within the State Police."
Any "settlement" offered to me will be will be substantially donated to 9/11 victims and other charities. You can't "buy" me. An organized crime group made up of State Police officers -- how do they feel about swastikas? -- terrorizes law enforcement officers in alliance with big time criminals or selected politicians in New Jersey, allegedly, doing the dirty work for the Trenton Syndicate, knowing that they will never be prosecuted or charged in the Garden State for their many crimes.
It is unknown, at this time, how many members of the Garden State's discredited Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) are subject to the influence of these rogue cops or "made members" of this state police mafia group.
Now you know why federal supervision of police was needed (and still is vital) in New Jersey. No wonder good old Stuart Rabner (who can't be as dumb as he looks, since no one could be that stupid) is afraid to act on what is now an obvious pattern of gross criminality, professional incompetence, and worse (Tuchin and Riccioli), as well as continuing conspiracies to violate civil rights and then cover-up the violations. Maybe the Lords of Discipline have a squad of cybercriminals. (More "errors" have been inserted in this text since last night.)
"The former trooper, Justin Hopson, filed the lawsuit in 2003. In it, he described a series of beatings, threats and acts of vandalism that he said occurred after he refused to support an arrest by another trooper in 2002."
"Mr. Hopson said he was attacked by members of a loose-knit group within the State Police known as the Lords of Discipline. For years, minority and female troopers have complained that they have been harassed by members of the group."
Sexual harassment of female officers and women drivers is a routine perk claimed by these guys, probably with the eager assistance of so-called "therapists." Tuchin? Riccioli? A little hypnosis and you're all set.
"In 2005, the state attorney general's office issued a report that found seven troopers guilty of harassing their colleagues. The troopers received punishments ranging from reprimands to 45 day suspensions, but the attorney general's office said it found no evidence that the Lords of Discipline existed within the State Police."
Everybody in New Jersey government, including Stuart Rabner and Anne Milgram (unless she is even more incompetent than even I have thought) knows that the Lords of Discipline exists and is scared shitless of being targeted by the "boys." A lot more than 7 officers are involved. Soon federal prosecutors and judges will be designated for destruction, through illicit, behind-the-back character assassinations and economic warfare. The "rogue" troopers are viciously racist and homophobic, probably connected to Garden State mafia families and subject to bribes.
No wonder there is so much racial profiling and a grotesque history of frame-ups in the legal system of New Jersey. These guys must be related to the people who "got" Mumia Abu-Jamal. Please send any amount you can afford to the legal effort to free Mumia. The address is available on-line. Anyone subjected to "evaluation" by a forensic psychologist or psychoanalyst in New Jersey will be tortured for information, under hypnosis probably. (See "Jaynee La Vecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and Psychological Torture in the American Legal System.")
"... Mr. Hopson, 33, filed suit after the March 2002 arrest of a woman for drunken driving, which he said was improper because the woman had not been behind the wheel. At the time of the arrest, Mr. Hopson had been on the job 11 days."
Fabricating criminal charges, filing false police reports, lying to investigators -- are all crimes. Not one of the troopers responsible for these actions, allegedly, has been charged or even been investigated for these offenses.
I wonder who is providing political protection for The Lords of Discipline? Richard J. Cody, Speaker Roberts, Bob Menendez, or others? Probably, it's all of the above.
Ms. Milgram through her spokesperson, David Wald, is lying (in my opinion) by denying the existence of this organization and knows that she's lying. The OAE exists "under" the attorney general's office, so there is no danger that these lies will result in ethics charges or any other difficulties for those offering them to the public with a straight face.
Ms. Milgram will probably end up as a judge, requiring people to swear to tell the truth in her courtroom. She won't be disciplined or disbarred when these statements concerning the non-existence of the Lords of Discipline are shown to be blatant lies. And they will be. There are rumors of federal investigations soon to result in more indictments.
Efforts against (more "errors" and corrections?) Mr. Hopson began with psychological torture: "When Mr. Hopson refused to endorse fellow troopers' versions of events surrounding the arrest" -- was the young woman who was arrested physically attractive? -- "a campaign to silence him began. First, there were threatening notes left around his station house in the Troop A region, which covers much of South Jersey."
If the young woman was attractive that would be a reason to arrest her and have some fun with her in the station. If she objects to such treatment, then she'll fall and hurt herself on the way to jail. Ms. Milgram's continuing silence is complicity in such despicable behavior by her state police officers. Sex workers are subjected to harassment, theft and rape by cops and also by criminals. This exploitation would end if commercial activity for money were legalized.
"Then, Mr. Hopson said, his car was vandalized. By the time he sued the state in December 2003, Mr. Hopson said that he had been the victim of a series of beatings at the hands of another trooper."
"Mr. Hopson's lawyer, William H. Buckman, said that the Lords of Discipline is part of an unseemly subculture within the State Police."
"The agency is operating under the auspices of a federal monitor because of findings that it had improperly targeted drivers for moving violations [and parking tickets?] because of their race."
New Jersey's Supreme Court and the state's Attorney General, Anne Milgram, as well as Governor Jon S. Corzine must bear ultimate responsibility for these crimes, taking place for years, suggesting continuing, humiliating indifference to and complicity in police criminality on the part of the state's legal institutions. The whole world is watching.
Ethics? Do you speak to me of ethics, Stuart Rabner? How does a Jew become Mengele? Or Eichman? Swastikas are O.K., Stuart? Who do you think will be next if these unconstitutional tactics become widespread? Have you no shame about the daily violation of a person's civil rights taking place before your eyes and the world thanks to the actions (and inactions) of New Jersey officials? (See "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")
In response to this disgraceful episode of criminality among law enforcement officials and corruption in high places, New Jersey's tainted legal authorities say that voters may not care about corruption since they will assume (correctly, in New Jersey) that politics is always corrupt.
"This could be the year that corruption dominates the political debate and Republicans wrest seats from the Democrats, who have controlled both houses of the Legislature since 2004. But political experts say they do not see that happening, not in a state where Democrats dominate the Legislature and occupy the governor's office and both United States Senate seats. And not in a state where voters have grown callused about government corruption."
Take a look at your children -- if you live in New Jersey -- and ask yourself whether MORE government and judiciary by the mob is what you wish to see in their future. Any indictments this week, boys? Senator Robert ("Big Pappa") Menendez said: "I am for all the people."
More essays examining Union City's Municipal Court and the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office are coming up.

New Jersey Continues to Disgust and Shock the Country!
October 3, 2008 at 10:07 A.M. I am unable, after several hours and scans of my computer, to write today at Critique. I planned to review a new movie. I will draft that review in pencil, then find a computer where I can post it. Hackers prevent me from accessing my MSN group, once again. Intrusion attempts and viruses on my computer are uncontrollable. I have decided to write from more computers and to persist in my efforts.
I was reminded of Lillian Hellman's observations when she found herself in a similar situation, during the McCarthy era, dealing with nearly identically stupid and brutal fascists:
Truth made you a traitor as it often does in a time of scoundrels. But there were very few -- How can you, Mr. Rabner, be a part of this? -- who stood up to say so and there were almost none even now to remind us that one of the reasons we know so little and guess so badly about China is that we lost the only men who knew what they were talking about. Certainly the good magazines, the ones who published the best writers, should have come to the aid of those who were persecuted. ...
Scoundrel Time (New York: Ballantine, 1975), pp. 82-83.
I am not a slave. I am not a laboratory animal. Censorship and violations of citizens' Constitutional rights -- including rights of ACCESS to information and opinions -- that go unpunished are threats to national security. I expect that "errors" are being inserted in my essays at MSN.
October 2, 2008 at 2:54 P.M. My security system was frozen in mid scan. I will attempt to restore it. At the moment, I cannot access my security sytem at all. If I am unable to do so, I will attempt to reboot my computer.
October 2, 2008 at 12:39 P.M. Three attempts to reach my MSN group have been unsuccessful. I will persist in my efforts throughout today. Then I will try again tomorrow. Please see "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?"
October 2, 2008 at 10:24 A.M. Attempts to reach Critique at MSN were frustrated this morning. Scans were cancelled because my updating feature has been disabled, again. I am unable to post new essays or change my image at my group or blogs. I will spend the rest of the day struggling to run new scans and to continue writing, somehow, if necessary from a public computer.
October 1, 2008 at 6:43 P.M. harassment, defacements and obstructions again make it impossible for me to reach my group. I will keep trying throughout the evening and all day tomorrow. There is always a danger that I may be unable to continue writing from this computer. I will try to find another in order to continue writing. It is also likely that more vandalism of essays and other damage to my writings is taking place. Calls received at 6:00 P.M. from 877-504-1031; at 10:01 A.M. from 315-445-4300; numerous calls, at all hours, from "Anonymous."
October 1, 2008 at 2:31 P.M. I was just obstructed and denied access to my MSN group, Critique. This usually means that "errors" will be inserted in my writings, other vandalism and computer warfare must be expected. This could mean that more indictments are forthcoming in the Garden State. I will do my best to make timely repairs of damaged essays.
"New Jersey in Denial," The New York Times, September 26, 2008, at p. A24.
"7th Case of Legionnaire's Disease in N.J.," http://www.msnbc.com/id/26906427/ (September 27, 2008).
"The latest scheme to raise money for New Jersey's transportation system is an admission of defeat by the Corzine administration and a victory for the spineless legislators unwilling to confront the state's budget crisis."
Not only are legislators "spineless," so are the members of the state's befouled Supreme Court and Attorney General's office, especially the disgraced Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE). New Jersey's OAE is short of real lawyers and even more lacking in genuine "ethics."
Fittingly enough, 7 more cases of Legionnaire's Disease have appeared in the so-called "Garden State" which may be related to unprecedented levels of poisonous waste -- both medical and chemical waste -- throughout the state and in local beaches. (See "Double Standards and Medical Waste in New Jersey.")
It is probable that pay offs to N.J. state officials have allowed for these astonishing levels of life-threatening pollution to flourish in the Garden State. Many more than 7 cases of horrible diseases produced by this rot are hidden from residents or "covered-up," allegedly. Trenton is good at "cover-ups."
"Facing a staggering $32 BILLION deficit" -- also as a result of corruption and waste, mostly -- "Gov. Jon S. Corzine last winter boldly proposed significantly higher tolls and other measures that would have paid for transportation improvements while cutting the deficit in half."
Corzine, apparently, had not received instructions from George E. Norcross, III or Richard J. Codey when making these proposals. Some say the deficit is $36 BILLION -- but what's a few billion dollars among friends or family members, if you know what I mean?
"[Corzine's] latest proposal, which calls for much smaller toll increases, contains $10 billion to widen congested sections of the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway" -- there is no truth to the rumor that African-Americans will be barred from these roads since this would deprive South Jersey cops of future torture victims -- "repair roads and bridges and kick-start a new rail tunnel to Midtown Manhattan. But there's not a penny for debt reduction. The reason is a toxic combination of public resistance and the Legislature's cowardice." (emphasis added)
The judiciary is more cowardly, corrupt, inept, failing in its duty to protect your rights if you are unfortunate enough to reside in the Garden State. I think the Times is sending a message, despite the psychobabble title of this editorial.
New Jersey's powers that be must deal with the state's responsibility for avoidable human suffering, tragedy resulting from government criminality, and grotesque incompetence on the part of persons like Tuchin and Riccioli, not to mention many others in Trenton.
The Garden State is, literally, DISGUSTING to decent persons who care about good government and the American legal system. (See "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")
"Mr. Corzine's original plan would have raised tolls by 50 percent every four years between 2010 and 2022, at which point it would cost $48 to drive the length of the Turnpike, compared to $6.45 now. ..."
That's just more money for the Jersey Boys to steal. $50 bucks to go to work every day. It is likely that both Corzine and Norcross, along with many others, will be hurt by the market meltdown and the prospects of a new recession. Government investments -- including pension funds, if they still exist! -- may be dissipated, creating another level of crisis for retired persons and those on the verge of retirement who have been paying into the system for years based on the absurd assumption that N.J. officials were at least slightly honest.
What will you say to those seniors about where their money "went," Mr. Corzine? Perhaps you should call Mr. Norcross for advice.
Even more absurd, it seems, is the assumption that people committing crimes in New Jersey's power-structure would actually be prosecuted by someone in the state law enforcement system. Not very likely. Everybody's on the tit. Thank God for the feds. With half the personnel, federal officials have obtained more than twice the number of convictions for political corruption than the current A.G., "Clueless" Anne Milgram, has managed to get during her entire tenure. "Whatever," right Anne?
Is there no one in New Jersey (other than voters) ashamed and disgusted by what the state has come to represent to the nation and world? Do you really believe that attacking my writings on-line is the best response to these criticisms? Isn't cyberstalking a crime in New Jersey?
Mr. Rabner, your tribunal and your legal system are objects of loathing and ridicule, deservedly, as a result of your state's and your own visible and most obvious dishonesty, unethical lawyering, and "judging." You and your disgraced predecessors must bear great responsibility for this situation which is hurting the residents of New Jersey and will continue to do so.
Have you no sense of shame, sir? Are you not concerned to live an ethical life, Mr. Rabner? Continuing apathy is unacceptable in a "Chief Justice" of a failed and even criminal legal system. You, Mr. Rabner, have lost the right to claim respect for your tainted decisions, for yourself, or for the N.J. legal system, as you continue to wallow in deliberate ignorance of heinous criminality by the very public entities entrusted with abiding by and enforcing the law.
The New York Times editorial arrived at the only possible conclusion: "The Legislature cannot duck this forever."
I was reminded of Lillian Hellman's observations when she found herself in a similar situation, during the McCarthy era, dealing with nearly identically stupid and brutal fascists:
